This might be a paid review, but don't be repelled!!! This product is actually amazing !! AND IT IS VERY CHEAP🤩!!! I take the normal multivitamin which costs around *TWO RUPEES* per capsule!!!It does actually contain EVERY NUTRIENTS even the "not so important" ones that you can get from your diet. I take omega 3 separately and I might switch to this product in this video.

True. As a multivitamin becadexamin or becosule is the most affordable with adequate dosage of all vitamins. Plus the ingredients are pharma grade. For omega 3 always take a triple strength capsule once or twice a day since EPA and DHA is too low in normal omega 3 capsules (and the one being recommended in this video). No its not sufficient. It's better than not taking any omega 3 but according to research you need more for optimum benefit. If you're taking wow then great. WOW has 900mg EPA+DHA. Even musclenectar is good and it has added vit e which serves as an antioxidant so your fish oil has less chance of going rancid. MN has 750mg of EPA+DHA in one capsule. Take two capsules a day of any brand between the two and you'll reap the maximum benefit omega 3's have to offer
