I hate how Anakin and Obi-Wan are implied to not be that big on strategies or at least not really expecting strategies despite the fact those two are the generals and head strategists

I just realized how much more Filoni copies the RC books. He made the whole show a bad version, but the the BB is a full copy of the Nulls and Delta Squad, where they are not able to be controlled but they are a super good special ops squad.

This is the episode that made me watching the concrete out of my window for minutes from the first floor.

Great review again from you two - i died laughing at several points. I'm looking forward to the episodes with Ahsoka (sorry for being mean😔). You two are so hilarious and make that stuff so bearable and amusing. Keep it up - love your videos😁. Also the history and military buff in me cries a little - the clones are kinda dump for being "elite soldiers"😒 But the background soundtrack brightly fancy by kevin macleod is always so nice - gives me happy vibes :D

Rex's beginning speech about how "the droids are learning" actually brings up a somewhat valid point (as in flaw in the writing). The clones should be focusing on gigantic databases that contains essentially the "droid knowledge" to make the armies less effective. Also Anakin's idea of a strategy usually involves actual war crimes, I'm not sure it's a great idea to leave him in charge of telling the boys (tm) what to do. Oh god, the whole "Echo and Rex made all their plans together" implied that since echo died echo has NEVER tried ANYTHING new. Also the tactic to counter the bad batch or any unit like that is bombing whatever site they're on once you spot them. A balls to the wall "WE'RE RUSHING IN" unit in a war against droids would just get destroyed. Instantly. Also the bad batch is LITERALLY just the expendables. But like. Not fun. And in a place they really don't belong. Filoni was showing SO MUCH restraint by not having Rambo (not gonna bother remembering his actual name) go "This isn't my war". Edit: I never caught the insanity of hunter. Excuse me he can feel what now? The electromagnetic field WHERE? THE ENTIRE PLANET? Harvest this man's brain immediately it's a god damned quantum computer, has to be to put up with that amount of information.

They said Crosshair could hit a precise target from ten clicks. I happen to know that a click is equal to a kilometer. So that is Filoni saying this guy can shoot 10 kilometers which is 10,000 meters. A little FYI the farthest confirmed sniper kill is 3,800 meters. And even then it is usually luck.

Oh... You started the seventh season... Good luck 😅 By the way... just a little note: the EU was often called a "Parallel Universe" because one of the main rules was to always go parallel to the movies and in between, never overlapping... Guess what happens in this season. 😆

To me the worst part about Bad Batch is that it's just a cheap knockoff of Delta squad introduced in "Star Wars: Republic Commando" game. Filoni just had to come up with something "original" while also having Delta squad from the game itself as a cameo for pure "fanservice" value, although I don't believe an actual fan of Republic Commando can enjoy any of this crap. It gets even worse when we finally get to see Clone Force 99 do their thing: instead of real special forces action we get cringe stereotypical characters from B-rate action movie performing insane moves while wearing thickest plot armor possible.

The fact that having Rex's playbook means that the CIS suddenly knows every move the Republic would make really goes to show how small Filoni's version of the SW universe is. I mean, if this were the old Legends canon, there's thousands of Jedi Generals and Clone Commanders, each with their own strategies and tactics; the Republic would just rotate Rex and Anakin out of Anaxes and replace them with someone like An'ya Kuro, Echuu Shen-Jon, or Rahm Kota. If the Rebels found Thrawn's playbook of strategies and tactics, the Empire would just counter by sending in Vader or Tarkin and have them use strategies or tactics that Thrawn is unfamiliar with.

As for the Bad Batch, I've always found Hunter's powers to be rather...........inconsistent. Sometimes the writers remember he can sense things like electromagnetic currents or people, sometimes they don't remember it. Sometimes he can sense a little girl trailing them, sometimes, an enemy walks right past him and his crew and he couldn't sense it, like in the most recent Bad Batch episode. The other guys, I can get with, but Hunter, given his name and fighting style, should've just been made into a Metal Gear-style stealth expert, kind of like Solid Snake or Arkham Batman. That would fit the profile of a leader, and it would be a more consistent skill set rather than giving him a power the authors forget about. I mean, having a leader who knows how to sneak in and out of enemy installations, as well as plan battles with success percentages down to the fourth decimal point, would've been far more compelling than just being a clone daddy for Omega.
