Feeling your neck tired during and after the work out is normal since you're keeping your head high, but it shouldn't hurt. If it hurts it means you're doing the exercises wrong.
make sure ur using ur abs and not ur neck. it’s normal to have slight neck tiredness, but if its painful that means ur using the wrong muscles. really focus on making sure ur center is in control of all ur movements
ive been doing this everyday for over two weeks (ive skipped a day or two) but consistency really helps, the results are good! i dont like to work out but this is really manageable!
Just wanted to come by and wish everyone a happy day and a good workout. Also remember that pilates is about the breathing too. Keep your breath steady and inhale and exhale. This things take time so do not obsessed over if you're not getting results from day 1 (or week 1). You've got this :)

this has got to be one of the best exercises, I'm not kidding. This workout gave me instant abs and even tho day 2 is really difficult to the the muscle ache continue to do this workout because it works like MAGIC.
record: waist: 67 lower belly:79 weight: 65kg day 1: Pretty easy i love doing workouts like this, will do it for a week and show u guys my results. day 2: went a bit harder because my abs hurt from yesterday but over all still okay. I saw a little bit of results day 3:was really easy, my neck hurts more than my abs 😭 i feel less bloated each day day 4:didn’t do day 4 🥲 i didn’t have time but in the morning i did a workout against edema day 5: not seeing much changes cause i can’t force myself to eat healthy 🥲 but at least my abs are getting stronger and this workout became easy day 6:seeing some transformation but not as much as i would want day 7:yayyy! 🎉 finally finished. This challenge wasn’t too hard about 3/5 difficulty and my results aren’t too great because i kept binging🥲 but i think they are still good. With this workout i usually walked about 8-10 thousand steps a day and these are my results: weight: idk yet (will abload tomorrow) lower belly: 77 cm waist: 65 cm pretty good results in lower belly, i’m very happy, recommend this workout))
I did this workout today for the 1st time. The 10 minutes went by really fast and I really enjoyed the workout. I felt my body getting hot so I know that it was working. I was able to do the entire workout without any issues but I do work out at the gym almost every day. I'm going to add your videos to my regular routine. Thank you so much!

This is my first time doing this workout! I really enjoyed it and have seen it on tiktok a couple times! I love the control and simplicity of it all and feel the effects already! Will definitely be doing this workout more often!
progress: waist 67 day 1: I'm still very new to pilates, I really like the slow consistent burn. It was pretty easy but I definitely enjoyed the workout day 2: enjoyed it again it was very refreshing day 3: I literally woke up at 600am to do this but its getting easier to do now and I feel a lot stronger in my core day 4: I'm feeling much stronger in my core, not seeing results so far but thats probably bc I haven't been eating well lately but my core feels much stronger and more cinched day 5: I forgot to update yesterday when I did it idk if I’m seeing things but my waist looks so much more curvy I think it’s working😍 day 6: sorry I forgot to update after I did it but I am really feeling and seeing changes in my waist day 7: last day! this workout is so good to improve core strength through a slow burn and I definitly recomend this to anyone who wants to strengthen their core and not bulk excessivly. I really enjoyed doing this workout over the last week and I am definitely adding it to my workout routine. result: waist is still 67cm but I want to make it clear that I am not someone who loses fat easily and it takes time to establish an effective routine. the important thing is I feel stronger and my core is more defined and as long as you get something out of it that's all that really matters
recording: WEEK 1 day 1✅: it was hard, but got through it. The 10 minutes feels like it went by quickly, I really enjoyed it. This is my first time doing pilates. day 2✅: finished! I was so sore from yesterday, so I had to keep taking breaks. day 3✅: finished! Was so much easier, tried to ignore the pain at times. day 4✅: done! Today, I was so much stronger. I didn’t have so many breaks as before. I also think that my stomach got a bit flatter day 5✅: finished! Had like only 3 breaks. Didn’t see any much progress yet. day 6❌: didn’t have time to do todays workout. But, I will definitely do it tmrw! day 7✅: finished! no breaks, except the one in the video. I had eaten lots of food today, because today was my last day of school. So idk about the results. But, I did become stronger during these 7 days. WEEK 2 day 1 (?):
Day 1/14: It was good, there are so many different exercises that it is going really fast and smooth, so this is a big advantage of this workout. I am going to do this for two weeks, with another booty workout and I will record my progress here. Kisses! You help a lot of people!! Day 2/14: I felt very exhausted the whole day because of the weather, but doing a lot of mini breaks helped me get through it. I know I should have not, but other way I wouldn’t do that at all. Day 3/14: I am not sure if this is even possible, but I see a little progress from day 1. I see that it got a bit easier, and I do not sweat so much. I HAD TO REST FOR 2 DAYS BECAUSE I GOT MY PERIOD AND IT WAS SO HARD AND PAINFUL THAT I COULDNT DO THAT :( But I will update here new 14 days after this 2 days break (17 days with break after a third day) Day 1: to my surprise today it was the easiest. Maybe i had needed to rest. I didn’t do any little break during exercises and my abs muscles didn’t even hurt as before. It was pleasant that I would do this video for the second time now. Day 2: It was harder than yesterday (i had probably just had a good day), but it was still ok. I was doing it outside so nice weather definitely helped me to go through it. But it was really pleasing.
I like that I am so busy doing the workout and following your movements that I forget how much time it passed. When I reached the end of the video I have as like "wait, are we already done?" even though my abs were pretty on fire 😝

Ok, i really want to have abdomen and i really wanted to do pilates so here i am. I will write something everyday because that helps me to do daily Day 1: My neck hurts to be honest, but I was waiting to eat, so I did the exercises very energetically:) Day 2: I didn't have muscle fever, which is very important for me to remake some exercises. My neck doesn't hurt today and I feel that today I worked my abdomen, not my neck. I realized that I have more energy if I watch a clip on my phone with someone productive while doing pilates:) Day 3: Much more tiring than the other 2 days, because I didn't sleep very well because my thighs and back hurt but it was ok Day 4: Last night I had a sleepover so I did the exercises in the afternoon( I do them at 12 o'clock). My abdomen hurts a bit, but only when I do exercises, not in general Day 5: Today was a very busy day, so at 11 pm I do this exercises in the bed. Big mistake! it was much harder than normal Day 6: A little bix relaxant
doing this workout everyday! for reference im 5'3, around 190 ish lb! day 1: when i say difficult omg.. breaks almost like each minute but i pulled through! still pretty good for being my first time doing pilates! day 2: this was way easier than last time! also noticing slight changes in my waist already!! day 3:easier for sure! but midway through an exercise i got the WORSE leg cramp 😢 day 4: leg cramp gone!!! video was now easy and this time i didnt even break a sweat! day 5: i didnt do it today I had a school event im sorry!! day 6: harder than day 4! 😓 consistency really is key day 7: really easy now!! i definitely recommend this the burn is amazing! day 8: feeling good!! i always used to put off doing 10 minute exercises or pilates but i got into the mindset of that its just 10 minutes out of my day!
doing this for 3 weeks!! starting weight: 149 lbs (5'3) day 1: complete! i really love that this is low impact but the burn is real. neck hurt too haha day 2: complete! i already feel sore 🥴 but it's a good burn. it was a little easier and went by so much faster today! day 3: complete! still feel sore but it feels much easier to do. still a neck killer!
I really like that you added the thing ,,up next‘‘ because now I‘m more prepared for the following exercise! It would be even better when it pops up 10 seconds before the next exercise instead of 5 seconds but that‘s my opinion! Also my ABs already burnt in the FIRST 15 seconds… THANKS!!!
23/07 - really good workout, didn't have to stop but the break was necessary imao 15/11 - I did it to activate my core before an interval run and I feel it burning
Gonna use the comment section to keep me on track: Day one: felt the burn but me neck was also hurting so I def need to engage my core more ✔️ Day two: my lower stomach was so sore, but i can’t tell if it’s from this video or if it’s abdominal problems 😭 ✔️ Day three: abs still hurt, I’m motivated to see this through ✔️ Day four: I like this workout bc it’s easy but your abs still burn especially your lower abs, another day completed 😁✔️ Day five: yay ✔️ Day six: almost to a week ✔️ Day seven: abs were burning 🔥✔️ Day eight: i definitely see some more definition in my stomach but I have been doing other workouts other than this more consistently. Day 1 : It was not hard but not easy. BUT i did all of them without taking more breaks so im very proud. Im gonna try to update every day 😊 Day 2 : I think it was more difficult today because i was sore, buttttt i did it and it helped me sleep more easily !! Love it

keeping track of my progress for a week (and then we'll see!) day 1: the exercises went by fairly smoothly - had to take some breaks throughout, especially for exercises engaging the obliques. overall, it was of a just right difficulty! day 2: this time i did the whole cycle with a fully engaged core (tightening the muscles by the abdomen) which made it significantly more challenging. overall, the difficulty felt more or less the same as the day before... maybe the pain of the added difficulty hadn't set in yet 😭 day 3: cycle definitely felt a lot easier to complete than the days before, even with the continued active core engagement! 45 seconds started seeming like way less time than before, so that felt like a good place to be at.
I decided I would document my journey with this Things to know: I have a wide rib cage that could change results for things I will be switching from this on one day and the next day a 15 minute one from her Other then small work outs I’m not very active I weighed 125 pounds at the beginning of this Day 1: pretty easy for me Day 2: I was a little sore while doing the 15 minute work from the day before work out Day 3: my an muscles hurt quite a bit throughout today while working out I also weighed my self and I weighed 119 pounds meaning I lost 6 pounds in 3 days Day 4:gained back 3 pounds but have a some what flatter tummy so far meaning the eight I gained is muscle today was a 15 mine video and it was a lot easier then the last few days due to my muscles getting used to this Have to stop for a bit cuz I had to go to the hospital a few days ago and my iron levels are messed up I should be back tomorrow or Sunday

I love this workout so much! Its not too easy, but at the same time its just pilates... I am going to Wisconsin Dells water parks in about 2.5 weeks so im trying to get more in shape! I have been doing this workout for a while now, but not very consistently so i am going to try it daily for 2 weeks, i will update u guys once i reach my goal! Wish me Luck! Ok I see people recording this so here we go. Day 1: Holy crap! Woahh, my abs hurt a lot but I feel really good. Also I think I dislocated something in my right leg (lol😭), but overall really good! Day 2: I was already doing a workout so I did this afterward and uh oh! But overall, really good! My abs were sore from yesterday so I took 2-3 breaks but I feel improvement!

hey!! try actively contracting your abs while doing the exercise, and lengthening your neck away from your shoulders, this should take the strain off of your neck!
Started this workout tonight! im not going to be one of the people who quit on day three. also no starting weight because nobody around me owns a scale😭 day 1: complete ✔️ day 2 (actually three days later): complete ✔️ //going to try to be more consistent//
This is my process: Day 1: the workout was pretty easy and relaxing❤ Day 2: a bit more difficult because my neck and my abs were hurting, but loved it too❤ Day 3: soo much better, it hurted a bit but very good❤ Tomorrow i'll post day 4, i obiously can't see any results because i did it only for 3 days, but i feel this is working, i hope it help you and never give up, i'm sure it's worth it❤ (sorry if my english is not the best i'm a spanish teenager but i think my english is good) If you have any doubt, just replie this comment, i'll read it in a few hours!
