So while reading Dr. Berg's list (Thank you so much for taking your time writing it up for us!) I was triggered by the word yawning and I yawned (and here we goooo🥱). Do I consider is as having a deficiency or mental disorder? 🤣
I cannot thank you enough. My 67 year old partner has kidney stones and is taking Chanca Piedra. He has been passing stones for a month. Yes, it is painful but it sure beats dying. He struggles to pee but a Keto approach has been a life saver, for sure. I am spiritualist and correcting the mind is part of this journey. Balance inside and out, which means he is having his first vacation in his life. All work and no play will make you sick. We are at 7000 feet in the Rockies today and enjoying every day. I am loving all that is and all that is not.
I have been drinking heapwell matcha along with 18/6 intermittent fasting. So far I have lost 8kg in 4 months. I do not feel tired anymore and I don’t get sugar cravings.
One of your best videos! I got rid of my all over body eczema by cutting nearly all sugar, taking a probiotic and getting rid of the candida. When I took antibiotics it came back, I had to cut all sugar again, and increase my probiotics and bone broth to get the rashes to go away. It took a few weeks to take full effect. Thank you!
My daughter went through this three times in her childhood. I knew it was yeast related because she was born with yeast issues and they followed in various forms throughout her childhood, eczema being one of them. Cutting out sugar and carbs took care of it, as it did for you, and it took about 3 months to do it. Her “treats” during that time were usually herbal teas sweetened with stevia, such as hibiscus &/or berry. It was like koolaid but completely natural instead! We would go to tea stores and she selected her own loose teas that she liked. Thankfully she wanted to get rid of it so she was all in, and when I told her we had to do battle on this, and asked her if she was ready for that, she said she was, and she did mean that or it would have never worked. It takes complete dedication to beat this stubborn condition!
I can’t thank you enough for this information. I’m 57 and throughout a lot of my life I’ve tried explaining this feeling of not being able to breathe correctly and get enough oxygen. No one seemed to understand what I meant. You seemed to have explained exactly what I’m experiencing. I’m truly looking forward to seeing if the b1 helps🤞Thank you
Maybe I know what you mean. It helped me to understand the interplay between oxygen and carbodioxide. Sometimes when I thought I need more breath and air it was the opposite, I needed more CO2. So in that case I stop breathing for some time or breathe very little to raise the CO2 level in the blood which helps my oxygen intake afterwards.
You mustn't forget to mention that when taking Vitamin D3 to mobilise the calcium, or for any other reason, it is extremely important to take K2 with it as well. So that calcium goes where it is supposed, into the bones. Otherwise you may have an excess of calcium in the blood. Which is an undesirable scenario.
Also make sure to take Vit D3 in the morning/noon, it can interrupt your sleep if taken later in the day. He has videos about Vit D & K2, check it out!
Blessing Doc, watching from Jamaica 🇯🇲. Your recommendation of oregano and thyme, apple cider vinegar and vitamin B1 helped me with reoccurring UTI. Grateful 🙏🏾
After I watched this video I finally found the issue which I have been having for already more than 2 years. Sometimes I also yawn too much, have air hunger and take deep breathes and tetany, pitching on my arm, leg and eyes. Thank you so much, doctor.
Dr. Berg, I wish I could meet with you in person and we could figure out my health. I'm at the end of the line, and I don't want to do this anymore. I can't work, and I'm mostly bed bound, I just want to give up. Thank you for making all this information available to the public.
Come on kerry. Dont sound so negative. Just try some basic things to increase positive feelings in you. Try sitting out side and just looking up at the sky and taking deep breaths and say thank you God for the sky. Try listening to some brain wave inducing music (its a specific type) and just close your eyes and thank God or thank whatever. Just pray to Jesus by yourself wherever you are. Try a new fruit or dish or new restaurant. Try a new wine or mixed drink. Try sitting in a sauna or hot tub. Try getting a new full body massage. There is so many things you can do to be better and happier kerry! I dont know what you are talking about!
@Rainbow Lion I have POTS and it has stolen my life away. I was ok for almost 3 years and I have recently relapsed. My quality of life is so low. I am actually sitting with my dad and praying. This is an extreamly hard illness to live with and I am so tired. I appreciate your reply. I am trying hard to have a more positive outlook, I just feel so helpless. I know it doesn't help anything by being negative, I'm just so scared.
@@kerrysue9280 wow. just looked that up. I also have tachycardia and bradycardia and AFib since a kid. I had two heart surgeries and i occasionally take diltiazem and i exercise way more and my heart is finr.
@Rainbow Lion That's incredibly great to hear! As upset and scared as I am, I have been trying to get up and walk around the house a little bit. I have severe exercise intolerance, and any kind of physical movement is extremely difficult. I have also had a bout of atrial fibrillation. It happened about 2 years before I got really sick. That's awful to deal with, too. I'm sorry you have had to deal with cardiac issues. They are truly terrifying. However, I am so happy to hear that you are doing well now!!
@3:55 No- Green stools is a classic sign of bile acid malabsorption. BAM is involved in: - 33% of cases of IBS-D - 50% of cases of idiopathic diarrhea - 35% of cases of microscopic colitis
@@emh8861 well, the first thing to know is that these folks cannot do high fat diets; they'll want to keep fat intake low or moderate. These folks should also not do bile acid supplements or herbs that promote bile release/flow. Some things I've found helpful with this crowd are: - Bile acid sequestrants - Marshmallow root infusion - Resistant starch - Managing blood sugar (there seems to be a link between blood sugar, GLP-1, and bile acid reabsorptiom in the Ileum) Hope that helps!
*Addendum, since obviously this was oversimplified:* 1) yawning/ anemia can also be B12 since that's huge in platelet formation 3) twitches can be magnesium, Calcium, or even potassium issues. Oxalate blocks calcium, and high carb/ sugar depletes Mg. Cook your oxalate foods if you're concerned. 5) agreed, low back pain is often vitamin D, but can also be a calcium, Iron, or mg deficiency. Check the Health professional Fact sheets on any nutrient you want to know about, and contrast your typical foods vs their percentages on there. 6) disagree that cold intolerance is reduced to simply iodine. Could also be iron, B12, Calcium, (or even zinc/ selenium for the thyroid too) 8) abnormal lipids could easily be insulin resistance- lack of sufficient strength+cardio, or too many sweeteners, carbs, seed oils, or just overeating especially nutrient poor food PRODUCTS 10) I've read case reports of weakness occurring from MANY deficiencies: B1 which is a common epidemic "Hiding in plain sight".. or iron, VitD, VitE, calcium, or Mg. You need many things to make muscles and nerves run effectively
Such important information. This is exactly the kind of content that I look for when dealing with any symptom that seems to point to a "lack" somewhere. I easily identify a couple of these issues and it makes complete sense! I am taking digestive enzymes after gallbladder removal but issues persist with trying to regulate consistent digestion. Thank you for this!👍
i would reccomend this video to my co workers ,but their ignorance is not ready yet to accept health ,i ve started to take care of myself ,and take you for another video dr. angel eric berg ,mygod give you more life and love
Air-Hunger! You're spot on again, Dr.Berg! I had Air-Hunger when I used to drink a lot of Green and Black tea. Consuming a lot of tea depletes B1. I cut down on tea and also started taking high dose of B1 with the B multi. The problem's gone. Easy.
@@kathy4015 Any form. I've started with half dose of Thiamine Mononitrate and slowly increased the dose while listening how my body responds. And then I've moved to the highly absorbable , fat soluble Benfotiamine slowly and gradually to 200 mg x 3 times a day along with B - Complex. Because high doses of B1 could deplete other vitamins and nutrients especially K2 and Magnesium, I've upped Magnesium, K2 and also D3. I's listening my body's response while on high dose of B1 and accordingly adjusting the dose. I've heard some people may have worsened symptoms initially, when start taking B1 but subsides within a week. Dose aren't increased till the symptoms return to base line.
@@PolishBehemoth Excessive tea and coffee because tannins in tea and coffee inhibits the absorption of Thiamin. Rainbow Lion, please see my reply to Kathy above. All the best - happy and healthy life.
by watching this video, i saw that i may have been severely lacking vitamin b1 all this time .. I have all the symptoms he mentioned to great severity!
A suggestion: Instead of hand-writing notes which are mostly illegible on the screen due to the size, use what (for example) Dr Sten Ekberg has - printed notes on a background screen, which can be clicked on and off the screen as necessary 😊
I can't thank you enough Dr Berg for this video. I am experiencing all the symptoms you described about Iron deficiency. God will reward you for all informations you share with others. Once again thank you!
I’m so glad I can fit into my size 8 jeans again. Bragged about this to my daughter whom I’m sharing Dr. Berg info with & my skinny sister today. Also told my 7-year old grandson that Dr. Berg is not only the best doctor on the planet but also my best friend bec. he’s helped me a lot with my health, weight & fitness. 😊
I had candida overgrowth, ibs, bloating, stomach pain, toenail fungus since my 20s, I'm 59yo now and went on keto about 7 mos ago. Candida thrush gone, ibs gone, stomach pain gone, bloating gone and low and behold that toenail fungus just up and went away after years, decades of trying to get rid of it with all kinds of treatments that didn't work. Isn't that something? 🤔 And I did incorporate fermented foods into my diet AFTER I made sure that candida was gone so I could get rid of SIBO which I'm sure I was overrun with too.
Sodium deficiency and muscle weakness, I have ABSOLUTELY had this as an FANATICAL tennis player in humid tropical conditions.... problem solved when I started adding himalayan salt to my water. I am also SUPER sensitive to cold weather, have little doubt I am iodine deficient....
Dr. Berg thanks for your educational videos... I am from Pakistan and watch your videos regularly from last 5 months. I am facing a problem with low Platelets. That are in between 64000 to 102000 with in last one year and now a days my Platelets are on 84000.... I am 50 years old and 79 kg. I am on Keto from last 3 monts and lost my weight from 87 to 79kg. Pl guide me about my low Platelets... How I can increase that with in rang.. Thanks...
I suffered with burning pain in my legs and a fast heart rate. I suffered for 4 months since my incompetent doctor could no figure it out. I went to a Naturopathic doctor and she told me to pull down my lower eyelid. She said "You have iron deficiency anemia. I was only in the exam room for 10 minutes. Since I have chronic SIBO replacing iron is a long process but things are getting better.
Could u pls make a video about different vitamins , and which to take with which , I've heard k2 with d3 and calcium with d3 etc etc for better absorption and which not to take with each other , thanx , i think most of the people in the world take their vitamins the wrong way
Please, Dr. Berg, can you help me? Today I went to the test, and I was feeling something strange in my head. Is it dizziness or vertigo? Something, but after eating, the situation is still the same, and I feel dizzy. Is it because of the common cold, because I had not covered at night? Can you help me? What should I do? nauseous) and is there anything to drink to stop this dizziness, dizziness and feeling nauseous because I want to study for the next exam the day after tomorrow
I Thank God for all his creations, especially when he created you Dr.Berg I always believed angels was here among us, I truly believe you are one of them. You take your time and explain what problems could be and how to treat it naturally. I truly thank God for you You're the best Dr.Berg Thank you!
Dr. Berg, do you think Aloe Vera juice every morning is a good idea? does it have a direct impact on skin health (because it benefits the gut)? Thanks! Greetings from Brazil! 🇧🇷
Hello, I Just Wanted 2 Tell U That I Have A Fatty Liver Inflammation Because Of My Drinking & Eating At Same Time Cause It. I Diagnose On Aug 2022... Thank you Dr Berg. Can you do more videos if possible on: Epiploic appendagitis (maybe misspelled ); high calcium; and elevated liver enzymes, with elevated resting heart rate at night. I wish I could find a doctor like you in my area 😁❤️🥰. Starting on the kale etc shake this week . I am researching all of videos. I’ve been listening to you a few years now. Thank you so much. ❤️🙏🏾🙌🏾
The twitching we call it “liver wind” the liver causes a lot of the neurological issues in the muscles. We tonify liver blood to calm the “wind” and also can subdue the wind if it’s from severe stress. So we always do a greens diet for liver blood and animal organs .. Chinese medicine
Hey, that was good information. I never would have thought that yawning could be a symptom. I do have that thyroid & cold situation happening, and I have high LDL too, but apparently my HDL is also high. Thanks 👍
I have been keto for years, don't drink alcohol, don't eat processed foods, stay away from most dairy, and eat really clean but the whites of my eyes are not that white but rather a bit yellow/brownish tinted. What can I do or what should I get checked? I have had liver enzymes and liver CT and ultra sound done with no evidence of a problem.
House calls? This is like having a personal physician…several, you know listen to your doctor! Keep talking ,I’ve got the rest of my life retired I figured out my trigger finger wasn’t carpal tunnel or blood clots but came from damage carrying big 5 gallon cans of paint and learning how the tendons in the hand work, well thanx I’m paying attention and changing my diet an much as I can peace off😊
Thanks Dr. Berg. Very helpful. ? Question: Are there specific nutrients, besides potassium, that might help reduce intense, chronic muscle/tendon and neurological pain? Not from cramps or over exertion, as I am mostly bed bound, but do very light stretching and isometric exercises as able, when pain is low. Thanks again! 🙏
So funny - my eye was just twitching Sunday and now reflecting as soon as I ate acidic foods it went away 🙃 I try to keep my alkaline due to psoriasis.
Please make video on blood circulation in lower body.. I couldn’t stand for long time.. my feet turn dark when i wake-up in the morning, no swelling but feel sensation.
Thank you Dr Berg for sharing this valuable info. Could you please tell what could be the reason for wavy nails ( I see lines , when I run over it has an uneven surface and sometimes nails grow very close to the skin , very brittle too )on the fingers. My hemoglobin is 11 and ferritin is 48, iron total is 117. However I have hypothyroidism and it’s under control due to thyroid medication.
