Points: 1. Investment objective : short term (1-3 years), long term (5-10 years),Develop and sale (1-2 years), Develop and rent (5-10 years) 2. Type of land: all land is agricultural unless NA document is passed. 3. Location analysis: Are new offices or better connectivity being created? How long until the proposed infrastructure is developed? 4. Who are you buying from: Rera registered, non Rera registered, known developer. 5. Far/FSI: the more the FSI better the price appreciation. 6. Plot selection: View, Road width, Security level, proximity to entrance, market etc. Traffic around the area. 7. Documentation 8. Ground reality: cross check plot measurement, road height from ground, soil type, water hardness

Pls make a video, buying under construction house, include all payment terms, tax saving for 30% bracket, downpayment amount, selling possible in 1year? How to save tax if i sell? What will be effective savings in tier-1 premier apartment sale. Thanks
