So fun. I had to modify today. I'm 69 years old and had a surgical procedure three days ago. I'm not healed yet, so I changed the playback speed to 75%, lol. Worked perfectly for me. Instead of a 12 min workout it was a 16 min workout. Cheers Rick.

Just finished the new 12 minute fast walk. Absolutely loved it - kept up with the pace and definitely jiggled everything at the end!!! Got to do a cool down now - suddenly very hot in here. Thanks Rick - we will all sparkle to this one 😂😂x

Wowww, that was really cool! I'll do this workout every time I need to quickly revive myself after hours at the computer. Rick, what is most valuable in all your workouts - in addition to the body, they also perfectly develop the brain. As we learn these new steps, the brain also works hard to create new neural connections. After doing each of your workouts, I feel that something in me is changing: in addition to the body, which has already been put in great shape thanks to 10,000 steps a day, I also feel how my brain just rejoices. I have no "style", "vibe" or "flavor" but I got thru this workout by going back to home frequently. I have a serious case of 2 left feet so I am happy just stepping or going side to side a lot. LOL Love the workouts - keep them coming!

Be careful if you’re doing this workout with glasses on. I’ve just jiggled at the end and a lense flew out of my glasses. Luckily I retrieved it!!! 😂😂 jiggle on team x

I gotta say, this is my favorite of all your videos ... and I believe I've done them all (and continue to do so). I love the fast ones best anyway. This one has the best speed for me, the best music, the best amount of time, and the best moves. Thank you! I don't need to lose weight but I do need to move ... and this is my favorite way to do so!
