Follow along with this SHOULDER SCULPTING weighted strength and toning workout.
This 12 minute workout can be done at home with minimal space and equipment. All you need is a couple of dumbbells (I used 10lbs but you can use whatever will challenge you). The intervals are 40 seconds of work with 20 seconds of rest in between and the exercises are designed to sculpt the front, backs, and sides of your shoulders to create strong and toned muscles.
BONUS: Try holding the exercise at the top for a few seconds before releasing for an extra INTENSE workout!
