Who's here after the first day of the August calendar? I haven't completed a full calendar day in years but I'm so ready now that the app is out!!! Thanks Cassey!!!
I'm so glad I got the notification, I was cooking and then. I took a 12 minute break to do this, and now I'm back and thinking about making the meal healthier because I don't want to waste all that work
I'm a retired dancer and this workout reminds me of those great dancing days, the hardest workout I've done in some time, my legs are loving hating you Cassey 🥰
Wow I felt so strong today!! I’ve been alternating various 12-minutes-to-toned exercises for the last three weeks, and today I found myself positively enjoying the burn! Thank you Cassey!!!
This is probably the best guided workout I’ve ever done. I’m so glad I found your channel. I was a student athlete but due to life haven’t been able to keep up with working out and this was a great after work workout. Not so long that I had to stop but not so short I didn’t feel it
Thanks Cassey, the girl who started the quarantine challenge in may to the girl in jun to me in july getting stronger and leaner ...u have made me enjoy my workouts and I dont look for cheat days
That was amazing! I love how you’re talking the whole time and encouraging us. It helps so much and it makes it seem like I’m right there with you. Btw, love your set!
This is perfect! I just had shoulder surgery and am feeling sluggish and fat because I can’t do anything physical. I can do this holding the back of a chair for stability. Thank you!! 💜
This often happens if you aren’t balancing yourself correctly (this also happens to basically everyone and it happened to me until I looked it up ) try to keep your upper body straight, this is easier said than done of course.
Just found your channel a couple days ago and I did your arms for the aisle bridal arm work out 3 days ago and my arms are STILL sore (I haven’t worked out in years). Now did this leg one and I was shaking on my way back to the couch and could FEEL my inner thighs already sore. I’ve watched a ton of workout videos the last few months since I got engaged and yours are the first to make me actually want to get off my butt and do them! Thank you!!!:)
I have the a similar problem but with hand exercises. My shoulders are kind of weak so I would like to see some arm exercise which doesn't stress my shoulders too much
Am I the only one who's hip flexors were popping during the first 3 moves? Anyone have any tips for me, because I can't do the moves properly because of this :(
What my ballet teacher says about this is to do the moves in your 'natural' turnout. This means you can do it more to the diagonal/front if necessary. Each body is different and everybody has different flexibility in their hips. You could also try stretching your turnout a bit every day. There are probably videos about this on RU-vid, my personal favourite is what I know as a butterfly stretch: sit down, place the bottoms of your feet to getter and push you knees as far to the ground as possible. Then you either wiggle your legs softly so it stretches bit by bit, or you bent over (keep you back as straight as possible). I hope this helps and good luck with working out :)
Hello naike. Go as far as you can. Over time your body will adjust. Dont push too hard and hurt yourself. As long as you feel the burn stick with it. Youll progress over time
@@Minkeeeee Thank you so much for this omg. I have friends who try to get me to do squats only shoulder-width apart, but my hips just prefer a wider stance.
Omg yes. Thank you for this. 😁😁😍😍 Can we also have a 1 hour full length pop pilates class like the last one you posted, your classes are so motivating and inspiring. Never looked back since
@@blogilates omg😍😍 I feel like a favourite. You replied. And I cant wait. I'm going on a 90 day journey like you too to find myself. You are an inspiration. Okay 😍😍
Last week I was doing the arms challenge on Thursday, finished it and did my usual stretching. Did the splits (which I can do) and tore my hamstring! I’m so upset I can’t keep taking park in your videos 😭 I have an MRI Wednesday to see how bad it is and if I need surgery. Saving the video for once I’ve recovered....
blogilates oh my goodness you replied 😍 thank you! I’ve been able to do both left and right splits for years now and it just popped one time. And I caught it on video too! 😅
I stumbled upon your channel ten days ago. I absolutely love this video. I do it every single morning before starting my yoga practice. Since I need strong thighs to avoid pain in my MCL, this video is perfect to get my legs toned so I can practice yoga safely. You're so nice and cheerful. Thank you for your amazing work.
I like the way she keep on saying let's go and keep going on.. Whenever I'am about to give up.. It really helping me to stay focused.. Loved the workout..
I was doing this today.Yeah it was tough but the more I feel the pain,I think of why I started this and get more confidence and a incredible energy.Thank you.
This was a challenging video for thighs and I persevered to the end. I did want to complete the inner thigh video, but my legs are burning nearly 3 hours later so, I will have to wait a day or two. I’m going to start the beginner calendar as I have not exercised for a few months. It was a great video and I can’t wait for the glow up!
Hi Cassey, loved this! My inner thighs are on fire! Your 12 min workouts are similar to the strength third of the Orange Theory workout. It would be great if you could make your own version of an Orange Theory type workout, where you have your heart rate up for 2 rounds of cardio for about 14 mins each, and then one round of strength for an hour workout with a warm up and cool down. Just a suggestion! Thanks for all you do! xoxo
I started watching your videos after the Try Guys did your Kim K video, and you changed my mind about online workouts! Thanks for being so positive and for posting workouts that don't need gym equipment!
This is literally a PERFECT workout for me! I have patellar tendonitis so it can hurt to do jump squats and lunges, but this workout is knee friendly! Thank you so much! I already worked out today so I am definitely doing this tomorrow :D
This pandemic has put me in a major funk. But starting my day with these workouts has really given me motivation to stay positive and stay active. Thanks, Cass❤️
Thank u for creating videos that make me excited to be moving and grateful for my body and it’s strength. Your videos and your attitude have inspired and helped me greatly. If you ever see this just know that you are helping people help themselves :) thank you
Did 3 workouts in a row today and found out that my thighs are the strongest part of my body and abs are the weakest. 😆 Wonder how that will change in a month.
this must be my favorite inner thigh workout. I've tried many workouts, but I could never feel and really engage my inner thighs, but in this one?? They're on fireeeee. I love it!
I feel so much of positivity from you and your chanel, rhe kind of work and motivation energy you put it , it feels so good. I appreciate it, much love and power to you sis. ❤ You've got a new subscriber!
wow this was so challenging in so many ways! i found it very difficult to get my legs up in the first two moves, it really requires so much strength despite being a graceful looking move. also, the stablising leg felt it at the same time! the exercises required a lot of balance too. i really felt like the inner thigh was being directly targeted, what a great workout!
you already know my dancer side had my feet turned out and my posture perfect! also doing this during quarantine because i cant be at the studio makes me feel so good!!!
I just recently stumbled across your channel and your positive and encouraging energy made me feel so ready to get healthy and fit again! Love your aesthetic and your work ethic!!
I saw the Nike Air Zoom SuperReps in the first shot of the video!! I worked on that shoe, so it's awesome to see my favorite fitness instructor wearing them.
