I have this . Been working with a doctor . But i found a high arginine diet may make ot worse .i am taking lotts of L lisine . Very helpfull .magnesium with L lisine and b6 is very much working . High b Vitimins . The lisine has realy helped me . And lotts of magnesium through out the day .
Meditation helps a lot, also psychotherapy, because a lot of the time it's caused by chronic stress like anxiety, social phobia and such, so changing our perception of things changes our hormonal response. I started to eat more fat in my food, and I started sleeping through the night without even getting up to the toilet. I have had cortisol problems for over 20 years and I have never had this kind of calmness during that time.
WOW Glad I don't have ANY of these Symptoms. I overthink lately because I'm trying to decide where to move - locally or long-distance. I've always just had one cup of coffee daily - midmorning. I do take Benfotiamine, Potassium and Magnesium. Guilty re Cellphone.

Hi Ryan:). Had to watch this again cuz i didn’t leave my comment in time! The only thing i have is stretch marks cuz i had a 10 1/2 pound second baby ! I was very blessed with that total surprise! The only odd experience is I feel like hopping like a bunny;)!! Another big salad tonight with some different ingredients-added radishes, yellow pepper and mushrooms 😋. I think my body is changing into a slimmer rabbit-lol!! I do everything you said in this video and everything you said not to do I was already doing from your earlier videos👍👍. I live in FL so I get more sun than I can stand! But I mow my yard just b4 dark so I am not exposed long. Love ur information SO much! I tell everyone I know to watch you but they still drink diet soda, corn syrup and Slim Fast. You can lead a horse to water but you can’t make him drink. I drink up ur healthy advice😊👍👍🤗
