Small tip... When the weight is this heavy plz have some guys around to pick them up from your hand else you can injure your wrists and elbows pretty bad. I know you just put them down but if you see the process carefully there is a twist in the wrist and elbow when you bring the db to a neutral grip. Normally it wont hurt but when the weight is this heavy it may hurt you bad so have 2..3 guys to pick the db from you once your reps are over. It's the safest way. Well done Veer ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Please !dont misled your viewer with heavy weight and better performance ,many look just the weight ignoring other factor (like no of year of practice and other )and performs heavy weights which will be more injurious than beneficial! Small weight more reps and consistency will be more sustainable (Persistent and consistency).
