Very good. It came into my life this year. Many health benefits. However I found myself very tired after eating it then learned it puts you to sleep. Not a small use factor. Any suggestions anyone?

@@maudmcfadden6161 haha 😂 Thanks for your response...I am a doctor 🏥 and happily take good care of myself. Not sure why you suggested that or wisely just refer everything to a doctor? Anyway now I put some grated in a bottle with water and drink some before going to bed which also Benefits my teeth and I get the health benefits with extra sleep Encouragement 😊. I like the added taste in my food but I must be awake in my day. Keep well

@@Agapy8888 uhg! The Abundance of Arrogance tones never cease to amaze me as walking diseases. I'm looking for a more Experienced Answer. Many people use it for seasoning. Which means way more than I use... and no Problems seemingly. I use very little and get reactions. Wondering from the Experienced users how they make cook with it Differently or mix it with something else.

Take "flush-type" niacin (B3) in the form of nicotinic acid, pyridoxine (B6), eat more (B9) in the form of folate rich foods like fresh greens, consume daily Omega-3 fatty acids (fish oil. Walnuts, Flaxseed), get exercise, and watch sugar intake. If you are Muslim you avoid alcohol, otherwise a little bit of alcohol can help lower blood triglycerides, but a lot of alcohol does the opposite, because it damages the liver so take care of your liver. High sugar consumption ALSO raises triglycerides and can lead to Non-alcoholic-Fatty Liver Disease (NAFL). Eat a healthy diet rich in antioxidants. I lowered my high triglycerides through these steps.
