미지님의 이 영상 정말 좋아요! 10번 이상은 보고 따라한것 같구요 정말 런닝머신 아니고도 이정도 땀흘리기 쉽지않은것 같은데, 운동 30분안에 제대로 됩니다. 정말 잘만들어진 영상이에요! 일주일에 두번 정도만 따라해도 쪘던 살들이 정리돼요 감사합니다 !!!

I really wanted to record my journey and what better place than the comment section. So I have had PCOD since forever and its only been recently where I have become mindful of my health. So I have started with this workout playlist today and I hope I am consistent 😅 Day 1 - Did not complete the work out (complete 28 mins). Took many breaks, but still fighting 💪

Just did this on my lunch break! Wow i was out of breath towards the end with the high knees which followed the cool down thereafter! I was so close in giving up at the high knees but i carried on!! I love your workouts and the calm aura and your music. Thanks Mizi!!! will do this 14 day challenge did some other one in January too!!! 🐸
