Sin duda la mejor rutina de ejercicios en las redes. No hay esas fastidiosa presentaciones para darle contexto a la actividad físico cultural. Excelentes animación y muy original el reloj. Tengo 80 años y siento que serán de mucho beneficio, ¿Cual debe de ser el peso de las mancuernas?.

Videos like this make me appreciate being alive at the current time and having a resource like RU-vid. I can’t imagine what it must’ve been like back in the day when all a novice lifter would have were some muscle mags and maybe some old dude in the neighborhood that knew a few exercises.

​@@atiladenis142eu comecei com a menor carga aquela que eu aguentei no início. Estava parada sem treinos há 2 anos então comecei devagar e vou aumentando a medida que aguento. Começa devagar sem presa por resultados, só Começa, só vai com cuidado pra não causar lesão!
