Great video. When I was in Vancouver four years ago (I flew from Toronto and took the train back) I visited the roundhouse in Yaletown to view the locomotive and other exhibits. One of the volunteers struck up a conversation and when I mentioned that I would be taking the train back east he talked about the ferry that you took from Port Hardy that goes further up to Prince Rupert, where there is another Via train that runs to Jasper (where it connects with the Canadian to Toronto). He made it sound like a great trip, and now that I have watched your video I would absolutely agree. Maybe someday...

Hey Soloman...great video! We recently traded in our beloved Kona that we had for 10 months and 48,000km (without a single problem or issue) on an Ioniq5. We love it and are racking up the km's on it! That is quite a trip...is this a permament job move for you or just a short term gig? Recently rewatched your winter drive to Calgary. Via Jasper. You used 57.4 KW to calculate battery usage. Going for Kasper to Field. Where did you get that number. I aways hear 62KW usable.

Solomon still early, but ABRP has a return trip to Edmonton going through Hanceville. Which would stretch the range of your Kona. Would you do it or take the longer saver route.

awesome video. I was researching the kona for the purpose of camping solo as I travelled in my honda element to Baja penn and its time to go EV. Can the rear seats be removed for ease of sleeping as its just me? A bit of a learning curve to analyze costs and charging rates etc but what else is there to do while travelling solo LOL
