I faced the similar problems in my sonet but they fixed on the same day and also provided me some scratch remover pens as an apoloy, maybe dealership wasn't good, ya fir ye log hi ownership mein galat tareeke se baat kar rhe honge coz polite tareeke se baat karo toh vo issue ko acche se address karrte hai and solutions bhi best dete hai, I'm happy with my sonet and dealership

The best advice to every new buyer would be Less features more happiness I only recommend to always check the engine performance rather than choosing car for features More features more maintenance And more times of breakdown

My Baleno RS engine seized within 1 year of car purchase which took 1.6 lacks however Maruti Suzuki had taken care of the issue with great maturity. Even had given me replacement vehicle during the repair work. I was never happy with its built quality but this issue made me feel in safe hands and I brought S Cross in 2021 due to their after sales and services. ❤️ MSIL

Consumer court is the final option to teach lessons to KIA and their dealer. Uncle should have gone with Tata Nexon instead Kia. I'm pretty sure he never complain about build quality.

It totally depends upon dealer to dealer. You should approach consumer court and make them learn the customer power. Also update the dealer name in the RU-vid, so that no one can purchase from that dealer.

After sale service is what we Indians always look for before making an investment. I was about to book for a sonet but now i would choose baleno

At least we can trust Maruti Suzuki in these types of things, their cars are very reliable when it comes to engines. Hopefully, they improve their build quality as well.

Even I was thinking to buy Kia over Hyundai, if KIA gives this kind of after sales service, then it's good not to go on it.

It's understandable we can't control everything if it's a machine but more of the fact is customer satisfaction is very important.If someone buy any product it means they have strong trust and faith because they are paying their hard earned money.In sales someone said if you retain one you can retain whole.I hope KIA wouldn't break customer trust.

All the companies do the same thing once you purchased the vehicle weather its KIA or any other company, I am using Tata since 2017, Tata superiors not even bother themselves to respond you, Imagining if you find any issue and Company will change your car, It won't happen, No company will do this, I would say its Buyers bed luck.

Yeh Dada motors ke pehle bhi 2-3 case aise hi dekhe hain. Ek owner ne bataya tha ki yeh dealer purani defective car ko dusre customers ko sell kar deta he. Ek hi dealer ki itni sari complaints.

Thank God I didn't buy KIA as same point about service was in my mind.. I went for Hyundai... And happy with the excellent service staff behaviour and brand.. At present KIA doesn't have that much visibility in service PAN India.. Gadi to acchi dikhti hai par quality me bit weak hai I cn feel... SUv le rahe to safety n build should be high concern as highways pe if got hit or breakdown then full disaster...

My dad has a Ford Figo 2012 (bought in December 2012), and a few days ago, we were facing that no starting problem. The Figo caused that problem after after 9 years, and the Kia started causing that problem in just 3 months. Hats off.

I own Creta 1.5 2020, meri car me bhi engine fail hua tha after driving 20,000 kms, mene complaints dali then woh tow kr k le gaye aur one month laga car sahi hone aur unhone pura engine naya lagaya, aur me everyday agency jaa jaa k unpe pressure dalta tha, but just talk to the workers politely, har issue ka reason pucha try to understand the problem and just be co operative, ha thoda extra kharch zarur hoga toh uska toh koi ilaj nhi hai. Coz ham India me rehte hai America me nhi, har cheez 100% perfect mil hi nhi sakti. Now my car is absolutely fine, driving everyday 100s of kms, enjoying it. 👍

If you want features and less safety buy Kia and Hyundai, both are Korean sisters. If you want safety and best driving performance buy TATA and Mahindra. Apart from this Toyota Innova crysta, Fortuner and Honda City are good options. Also, skoda and Volkswagen cars are made of better build quality. Hence there prices are higher.

@Kia Should respond as early as possible, And company should replace defective Car with New one as soon as possible. Kia must maintain their Brand value and understand the pain of costumer, &should come forward immediately after got such complaints.

MARUTI HAS GOOD SERVICE MEDIUM LIFE HONDA HAS LIFE OF 2-6 LAKH PLUS WITHOUT TOUCHING ENGINE SAME FOR TOYOTA. SOUND CAN BE CORRECTED BUT 100% THIS CAR NEVER TOUCH 1LAKH WITHOUT ENGINE OPENING.

Maruti suzuki is best ..however there's some negative side of build quality and on which suzuki is working and many of its cars owns 4-5 stars safety rating ...also it provides a best engine....I was about to buy carens but suddenly I chose Xl6 2022 and highly satisfied with his decision

Feeling Sorry for both father & son, same Problem came with my Friend's sonet, 6 months back,when i bought Tata tigor & 2 days after booking, Tata delivered the car, & he got it in November, His car is parked in garage,because his car had got the same issue,that too in a U turn, Now we are in Legal battle with Kia in Consumer Forum & as i own a tours & travel company,my friend is using cars whichever is available in fleet. isliye Khao desh ka aatta, Chalao Desh ka Tata.

Kia should take action on dealer for miss handling of car. Further more the car should be exchanged with a new one.

Such problems are very common in Hyundai and Kia engines. Engine heating problem, Slave Cylinder and Master Cylinder also get damaged very quickly. Due to which the car stops suddenly and clutch, gear, steering everything becomes hard and the car does not even start. That's why I have sold my Hyundai i20 Car for the same reason.

These things happens nowadays when the demand and waiting period is high these companies are in a lot of hurry and they do not do proper Quality inspection before sending it to Dealership.

I live in bathinda and by chance i went to kia showroom also and my father asked that there is news that kia cars are having problem but then the dada motors bathinda's dealer told that no complaint was filed and it is just fake ...😭😭
