@@SkylarTrahanthe coalition has done a great job with gears. I’ll have my hopes high because that’s what they deserve they put in the work. High quality high production and great gears gameplay varied modes. Games now a days do not have a Great epic campaign that pushes the stern forward, an extensive suite of varied multiplayer modes, horde and extraction in one package. That deserves credit in an age of broken release and full priced games that should have been dlc or half the price. The games they release are polished and beautiful. People just wanna shit on them for moving on from the original cast and that they had to play as a female.

Regarding DOOM. In Eternal DLC Doomguy is sealed. So waking up for another "save us" is kinda dumb Dark age is a prequel, from the times before we are encased in a box from DOOM 2016. Basically, these are those moments from the story flashbacks in Eternal.

Just pointing out, Rare was not the lead developer for the recent battle toads game, although they did assist to some extent. That was made by Dlala studios. Rare mostly operates in a supervisory role, similar to how they operate with Killer Instinct which is made by Iron Galaxy/Double Helix. Rare is currently working on Sea of Thieves and Everwild. I do find it interesting that Rare doesn’t seem to have any involvement with Perfect Dark. That’s not a positive or negative thing, but it’s interesting considering their involvement with other Rare IP that were handed to other studios.

Gears of War, Avowed, Doom and also I’ve never played a dragon age game or perfect dark game but what was shown looked really neat and I’ll definitely give it a try

I haven't played an FPS since Quake II, they just aren't really my thing. But if they made a new Quake I might actually be interested. Quake I and II and Duke Nukem (all but that last one that was total crap) were good FPS, the new ones... ehhh, don't care.

South Of Midnight looks super cool. And I LOVE that Shattered Space is coming up - House Va’ruun! Also really hyped for Avowed, Fable, and Dragon Age. I’ve not played any of the older DA games, so the trailer didn’t bother me the way it seems to bother a long-time fans of the series. Will be watching the gameplay trailer later this morning to see for myself.

Falcon, for the Doom Dark Ages thing, I'm pretty sure that's because Doomslayer was locked in a coffin since Medieval times, so this is his backstory? I could be wrong, I'm not a big Doom guy (pun intended), but I think that's the gist.

Tbf the ones that blew me away the most were perfect dark and seeing gears at the end, been a dragon age fan since the first didn’t grab me as much as I hoped, but an an excellent showcase overall, and fable

As someone who hasn't been remotely interested in owning an Xbox since the 360 era, man, Microsoft REALLY came out swinging this year. I really hope they become a gaming force again, because 1. It'll keep Sony competitive and bring out the best in them, which it feels like they haven't been since the PS3 era, and 2. Maybe this will finally get them to STOP CLOSING DOWN GAME STUDIOS!

Doom, Mix Tape, Perfect Dark, Clair Obscure, Indiana Jones, Gears, all look very nice and exciting 👍 Dont know about the new 2tb $600 console price though ... Sony could take notice and charge like $650 or more for the upcoming PS5 Pro 🤔
