I appreciate having the modifications for the planks. It always feels like I'm missing out because I can't do them yet, but the modifications help me work towards it.
Working my core is the favorite area of the body for me. I love that you have so many different options and they aren’t the same each and every time. Even your 5 minute videos get me sweating and core on fire. Amazing!! 🥵

Snuck this workout into my morning today, phew, defiantly broke a sweat. My abs are going to be feeling it today. Great combos, I worked hard the whole time but was still able to work through till the end.
Phew my abs are on fire 🔥 love the modifications- thank you Mikala great little workout. Had a week or so off with a chest infection & cough so catching up-still on week 3 but no matter. Did the short fiery cardio first then a posture Tonic Pilates (another 14 day challenge I’ve just completed!) then this, feeling stronger & fitter already😊💪
Planks are so hard and I've yet to master them. I love your videos! Could you do a short plank video workout, something to help improve form and feel more comfortable doing them? Thank you for the AWESOME strength workouts!
Gm Mik, this was excellent I always avoided core workouts because the moves were so hard for me my belly was already big and the extra weight along with no alternative moves I just didn't do them that much but this core workout was just long enough and the right moves for me. Thank you for this I will be doing this often.💖💖💖💖💯💯

I am on week 4 with my friend, Kristina, she Is two miles away but we haven’t missed a day! Thank you from both of us! Two questions, I feel a pinch in bent over wide flies so I am using lighter weights. Will I get there or is my body telling me not to do it. My quads have a bit of muscle knots what do you suggest? Thank you for getting me to do cardio!!!
Love all your workouts. Please make some standing kickboxing and more standing cardio and tone with no equipment. They really work for me since I can´t go on the floor for working out. Congrats, great chanel ❤

I couldn't do the side leg lifts, or the last,( or second to last?) plank; my feet kept slipping on the mat and I gave up and didn't finish. I'd prefer a standing routine; please make one if you haven't already!
