Loved the new video format! Can see what’s coming ahead and jump right into the next move. Also, cool new digital transitionS. I coupled this with a 10m fast walk and broke a nice sweat.

I'm somewhere near beginner and intermediate... It tested all of my will power, strength, motivation and courage.... I felt like giving up at the mid of fourth set but then reminded myself that all those three sets would go in vain... Finished it completely without stopping!!!

62 may not seem like a high amount of calories during the video itseld, but Anna is burning calories at a higher rate multiple times of 62 after the video because of that workout. More muscle/working out = more calories burned when not working out 💪🏾
