Good Morning, This message is loooong overdue. I was diagnosed with Diabetes a year ago. I found (1) of your workouts & gave it a try. Decided to subscribe and kept working out. (20) pounds lighter & I'm definitely in a better place. Thanks for the motivation!

This is the first time I've come across your videos --- loved the workout, and I appreciate your format so much! The timers, the beeps, the progress bar, having a modification, how-tos while you're resting, and what muscle groups you're working on - everything is so helpful! You definitely have a new sub :)

Found your channel last year and followed a couple workouts for a few months and then life got in the way and I stopped working out completely. This morning I couldn't sleep and woke up super early. I was going to lie on the couch and play video games, and felt so unmotivated. Then you popped in my head and was delighted to see so many new workouts. Just finished this one and it was the boost I needed to feel motivated, energized and overall good inside. Thank you so much!

You guys make those tricep push ups look so easy 🥵 I couldn’t get through that or the push-up hold but hopefully someday I can do it half as gracefully as either of you!

Week 3, Day 2 [08/11/22]; Workout complete! Didn't feel like working out today, but still made it. Those triceps push-ups are still more complicated than I wished they were. This was exhausting despite helping me feel better after feeling so low :). I'm so grateful for this challenge!

im a 24 yrs old girl, i have anemia and im not that fit but i do this video 3 times a week, and at the end of the workout i can start my day happily with full of energy! if i can do it you guys can all do it

This was on point!!! I joined a gym and stayed consistent for 2 months, b4 i got this new job position which threw me off for 2 weeks, but Juice & Toya always get me back to where i need to be!!! THank u!! U guys are the BEST!!!

Hi Barbara. I’m from the uk and use a whey protein in vanilla but also try to get lots of protein in eating eggs, fish and chicken. Good luck!

Thank lord I am not the only one who is wishing to gain weight and exercise at the Same time 😂 I was afraid that I’d lose weight if I did normal exercises and since I am not financially stable I cannot afford gym so was looking for a good workout where I can gain some muscle 🌚

GREAT recovery workout! I lift hard pretty much every day, sometimes even twice a day, and today I was so out of energy but in need of a workout for my mental health. Juice and Toya, you two have everything I need on your channel, and it is AWESOME!

For context, ive been lfiting steadily in the weight room for 11 years now. Majority of my workouts are heavy compound movements. I tend to neglect rotation stuff, calisthenics, etc. I decided i needed to switch up some of my workouts and do stuff at home, more cardio etc. And let me tell you, this workout absolutely kicked my ass!! Soaked in sweat, and I couldnt complete some of them without a 5s break. I will definitely be doing this 2-3x/week to build/maintain differenr aspects of health and fitness!

This was absolutely the move for me...right here in my hotel room drenched in sweat at just three moves in....i am winded but gingered to finish it all. For whatever consolation it may be to me I just finished your 30 minutes HIIT and decided to finish up with this. Just getting started working out at home. Love the format and the countdown clock. I also find the demos in between very helpful. It felt good to break a sweat and have a comprehensive workout done in 20 minutes!

Just did this during my work break. I work from home and have fallen into a fat rut. This workout was great! I was able to keep up with most of it and only struggled at the end. I've scheduled time to do one of these workouts everyday!

Week 3 Day 2: It was a productive day after a great morning workout. I put in the work and was energized. Added blocks to the Blast Off Push-ups and the Floor Dips. A lot more sore today, so I spent recovery time with 30 minutes of yoga and 30 minutes between stretches + mobility.

This was great! The music was spot-on: helps keep your focus, easy on the nervous system -- and the timer was very helpful. The balance 'running man' move: very challenging in bare feet! : )
