Shifu thank you so much for this video. I have been so enjoying and benefiting from your videos. A week ago I developed what seems to be lymphadema in my left arm---mostly in my bicep.Wondering if you could suggest anything to assist with that. Thank you again. You are truly a blessing

Good morning, thank you for your excellent morning practice. A great way to start the day. I modified the floor excercises to accomodate my hip and ankle injuries, and really enjoyed the routine.
