Neck and shoulder pain can be persistent, hinder the free movement of your body and even lead to headaches. To relieve the pain, try this Pilates workout which focuses on stretching tight muscles, stabilising the shoulder blades with the right muscles whilst engaging the core.
Tense shoulders and neck pain is the second most common complaint I hear about (after back pain) when teaching Pilates. I know these Pilates exercises help to make a difference - just try it!
Just do this workout 3 x times a week for at least six weeks - little and often is the trick.
Based on all your amazing feedback, I now offer a 7 Day Back Care Challenge and a 7 Day Get To the Core Challenge on my website Kalmpilates.com - and it's only £5. Both are suitable for people suffering from neck and shoulder pain.

I post these videos because I would love your feedback... so feel free to comment in the box below to let me know how you get on. I really, really love reading your comments!
