Love the way u explain..I had issues with my lower back n shoulder n was lacking motivation to workout ...without workout my brain is a mess..thanks for helping me to focus

@@KalmPilatesChannel thank you! I’m very excited to develop and build up my core muscles a bit more. This has probably been the first core exercise, where I’ve felt that my core actually worked! And it’s also very cool how this video passes by so fast when doing these exercises, so doing it 2 times doesn’t seems or feels like such a chore👍🏾

Hi Darren! So to get results, I always recommend to my members / viewers to do a Pilates workout every other day, which means you do at least a Pilates routine 3 x times a week. However, as this particular workout is only 10 min, you could try and do it daily for 30 days, and experience the results. Oh you're only 30 / 31... it's a fab age. Don't forget that with doing regular Pilates, the body doesn't show age as much... it's one of the most anti-ageing things you can do for your body 😀

Hi Ilaria! I do regular Pilates and I run once a week - and I eat healthily (most of the time). That combo works well for me. Just doing Pilates and eating healthily works too - it's about being consistent, so if you can do 10 min a day, that's great. If you keep that as a base, and then add any other workouts on top if you have time or fancy it, then that's a bonus, right? 😊

whenever i do the exercises on my back that work the abs, my back/spine gets really sore and I don't really feel it working my stomach. What am I doing wrong?
