Hi! Great exercise! Currently we have no wrestling training because its x-mas. This is a good workout instead! I am 49y and don't get enough training on the mat 'cause I have family and kids. But this shadow wrestling is great because you can drill and imagine your opponent.

Awesome man. I try and exercise 3-4 times a week for approx 20 min a day. Start from there and then add more on depending on how you feel! I have a lot of wrestling videos on my channel that require no equipment or partners if you wanna check those out!
