Hey Brotha I have been stoked to find your channel. I started doing yoga with you at home a year ago. My friend told me watching videos at home is not the way because you can just quit at anytime. I made it my goal to finish every video I started. It has not been easy for me with so many injuries from a lot of sports. My surfing has changed. I wish I had started yoga earlier in my life. Thanks for showing me what’s possible. My wife Tina and my sons Dylan and Koa join me to join you at least a few times a week. I just wanted you to know that you and your wife have changed our lives.
Heaven yeah. The yoga is great and simple to follow and enough to trigger a lil sweat. The real juice is in the consistency in what is posted on this channel. Brother I see you and thank you for the light you spread. Especially with the meditations. please keep adding those into your videos and sprinkling the little dharma drops throughout..
Any tips to improve my upper body strength, the final poses were so hard...also, the breath work left me in tears. I'm healing an injury and the ability to move and pause has me so full of gratitude. Thank you for you both and for this channel. Have a beautiful day!!!
Just love love your creativity in this vid. I use your video’s more if I want to do more of a tough form of yoga😄. You are an inspiration ThankYou both for your work!!!Greetings from another yogateacher and personal trainer from Amsterdam, the Netherlands
That whole downward dog-dolphin-chataranga- plank etc.. sequence is most definitely not "all-levels" ! That said, what marvelous new-ness you bring to the YT yoga world!
It seems that Flo sometimes forgets what us "normies" are capable of, since most of the "for all levels" classes are quite challenging, like this one 😅 But as said, one can always modify them to suit oneself, so basically every class is for all levels then
@@lucyknowles4256 I don't recall -- did she suggest the modifications? I do notice below this RU-vidr liked the comment just saying "take breaks when you want to" not "modify the poses", so it's not clear, certainly not to beginners.
Is that said in the video instructions or description to "take breaks"? Are modifications for challenging poses suggested? All that should be clear. To "push past comfort zones a little" is a given for many, but usually suggested by the teacher when appropriate.
Hi Breath and flow was wondering could you make a 5 min face yoga sequence I've developed alot of unwanted fat in my face even though I exercise almost every day and drink loads of water. Thanks
Hey. Thx a lot for the class. Always helps to keep it in! I have a question! Could you share your clothes tips aswell? Those pants seem to be so comfortable!
@@BreatheAndFlow yeah will give them ago but will keep trying this one , will definitely help me improve. How long did it take for you to get to your level of strength ? Has it just been through yoga or some other training alongside it.
Enjoyed the class, but I think saying “all levels” is a stretch. No pun intended. This was extremely challenging for me and I am more than comfortable with difficult exercise.
@@natehartley9982think you missed his point entirely. He wasn’t looking for “comfortable”….but merely challenging the yoga instructors assertion that this practice is for all levels. It is not. This is a more advanced practice with some moves that can harm beginners who don’t know what they are doing, or their own limits within yoga. Yes, in some cases, pushing our comfort zone is great…and in other cases knowing when it’s beyond that is important too. It is a bit of a disappointing false claim that this is for “all levels”.
@@ledogwaterjames4863 your reply is a primary example of egoic superiority posturing…maybe the yoga sequence was easy, but your battle with your ego is where you are definitely struggling. Also, I’ve been an athlete my whole life. Races, swimmer, running, and on and on…this is definitely not an “all levels” thing. That is the point. The claim that “all levels” can do it, is untrue. I’ve worked with many levels of athletes…and there are top athletes who might not be able to do this, because of the particular flexibility and mobility needed, that their sport doesn’t call for as much as this sequence. Also, beginners (who are included in all levels) definitely cannot do this. Open your rigid dualistic, self focused mindset…it’ll behoove you more than being able to do the yoga
Maybe a quick wrist warm up because you’ll be doing those side planks. Other than that, not too much time on wrists so no big deal if you don’t warm up.
This one was challenging for me too. I'm going to do this every day for 7 days. Want to do it too, with me? Let's comment back here in a week to see our progress.
@@michellepage6178 Thanks Michelle, I will give it a shot and see if I cant build strength for those side planks! I'll set a reminder to come back and comment.
