I recently completed 2 weeks, 5 sessions, of physical therapy for a work related back injury. The exercises I learned helped me to rebuild strength in the surrounding muscles to support the damaged tissue. I feel that I found your program to help continue my health journey from here. Make sure you don't overdo it. This should not cause pain. Try a shorter practice next time or pay attention if something in particular causes discomfort. You may need to go at a slower pace with certain aspects. Let us know if you have questions 🙏
