STRENGTH AND POWER with the KETTLEBELL
These types of routines are ideal for those days when we don't have much time and we want a concentrated and powerful workout in which we work the whole body and activate the metabolism.
I have used an 8 kilo kettlebell, you can raise, lower or maintain the weight of it, or if you do not have a kettlebell you can use a tall dumbbell or a loaded backpack. Of course, it is very important to take load to generate resistance in our muscles and that the work really occurs.
It has no jumps. If you are a beginner, you can also do it by taking a load appropriate to your current level.
