Follow along as we work our way through 22 different exercises hitting EVERY MUSCLE in the BODY. We are going to work for 60 seconds on each exercise with 20 seconds REST 😊
You will need some dumbbells/kettlebell, mat/soft surface and some water (stay hydrated).
If you are a beginner, try performing each exercise in front of a mirror to practice correct form. If you are new to weight workouts please choose a light weight until you are confident your technique is right. Correct technique is very important for your health and safety.

For best weight loss results I recommend;
1. A slight calorie deficit, I say slight, as slow steady weight loss is best for overall health.
2. Increasing your exercise duration and/or intensity so your heart rate is elevated. For example HIIT, cardio, LIIT workouts.
3. Workouts that will develop and strengthen specific muscles for your desired goals. For example Pilates, weight training, body weight exercises.

First time trying Roxanne's workout, the result is immediate! I woke today feeling lighter fitter and I can see the muscle definition taking place... I mean I have been working out daily with other fitubers, but this is crazy effective!

I don’t mention the weight because everyone is different, what weight is right for me might not be for you. For reference I am using a 10kgs kettlebell throughout the workout. If you are a complete beginner this might to too heavy and 6-8kgs would be more suitable. Really depends on your own individual strength and experience. I hope this helps 😊

Yes, your leg muscles are usually bigger and stronger than the upper body. You might want to swap for a heavier weight when doing the lower body exercises. 8-10 kgs could suit you and provide you with more of a challenge

*PLEASE continue to do more of these kettlebell workouts like you have been doing! my results are insane with consistency of doing your videos. i’m building muscle and losing fat at the same time along with drinking half my body weight in ounces of water, high protein, intermittent fasting, and being in a calorie deficit! i had to take a couple of breaks during this video, but i finished and that’s what matters! **#downalmost32poundsnaturally*

Just tried this kettle bell workout for the first time and wow! 30 mins and I burnt 250 calories according to my Apple Watch. I’ve dabbled with kettle bell workouts before but didn’t enjoy it as I usually weight lift more. However I really enjoyed this workout! Definitely adding to my favourites to do on cardio based days. That was absolutely fantastic, thank you Roxanne.. So useful to find purely strength focussed kettlebell workouts. I used 20kg, 16kg and 12kg dependent on the exercise.

I’ve been doing Joe Wicks for years and becoming so bored so just thought I’d search RU-vid for something new, found this and it’s amazing, felt like I was pushing my self so much harder, sweated more and burnt more calories! Loved it x

25 min in and I had to give up cus my lower back is tensing up. My fault for not stretching properly after a few days of not working out. But wow this is a great work out. I’m sweating so much! Can’t wait to come back to this and finish the whole thing. Great music as well! Please do more of these!

@WorkoutWithRoxanne thank wating on my wife to try it lol yea kettle is different from what I am use to. At Mt strongest weighed 178 lbs bench 315, leg press 1050 lbs straight leg dead lift 504 lbs. However my lats where My strongest would pyramid up to 525 lbs 3 ×10 then go all the way back down to 225lbs then do fireman carries lol. I got tinnitus and can not where head phone do to it about 3 years ago and it was really hard for me in the beginning and changed my life doing better with it but since I can't go to the gym since can wear head phones after I got my mined right dealing with tinnitus I started looking fie things to do at home where I can have noise just not directly on my ears and I found your workouts. From one lifter to another I do 3 hours at the gym Monday through Friday, with my headphones blazing which is a big reason I ha e the rining in my right ear just don't listen to your headphones to loud so not to hurt your hearing and thanks for the workouts really appreciate it.
