15 Minute HIIT Cardio | Bodyweight Only Workout | Interval Training

All you need is yourself and an optional mat for this 15 Minute Cardio HIIT Workout. The format will go: 30 seconds of a high intensity exercise immediately followed by a 30 seconds of a low-moderate intensity exercise. During the high intensity exercise, think maximum effort, ideally 80-100% of max heart rate. You can achieve this by the pace and effort you put behind the move. On the second exercise we will let the heart rate fall slightly. For this exercise find a doable pace but still challenge yourself; think 60-80% of max heart rate. After every superset, we will have 15 seconds to fully recover.
Every block is non repeat today. However, if we perform an exercise on one side of the body, we will be matching it on the other side as well! The intensity of each cardio exercise will be dependent on your speed/tempo/output. You may need to go faster than me or slower than me; we do not have to go at the same speed/tempo - find an intensity that feels challenging for you to make it your own and to get what you need out of this workout today! There is some jumping in today's workout, to keep it low impact perform the exercise with at least one foot on the ground the entire time. If you are jumping, land soft and protect those joints : ) We begin with a quick 90 second warm-up. This one is short and sweet so meet me on your (optional) mat and let’s get to work! 🤜❤️🤛
