Dude please never change. Even if you only make a video every so often, I love this format. The way you just cook and let me watch with out explaining every single tiny detail is amazing and then your slightly funny but informative comments after is just perfect. Just loving this channel thank you so much
So happy to see the lettuce wrap recipe! I ordered it recently on the restaurant and it was a plate full of oil! I am a heart patient and have to strictly limit oil. I let my kids eat it but I was so disappointed. I really wanted to eat it. Now I can, and it will cost so much less. 😊
Wonderful recipes! And thank you so much for the * allergy alternatives* as a mom with a child with severe food allergies it’s just nice to have you think about and share those with your viewers. I really appreciate it!
just love this dude omg!!!! calm and truely geniuine like no youtube script nonesense. doesnt even need to cut/ zoom in;up;down/ and scream and still gets my entire attention. funny and witty. overall just so personnal and its always like this that you can get people to appreciate you. thanks Andrew!! oh and the recipes are a killer
Love the down to earth , practical yet articulate approach to this vegan meal prep discussion with a dash of humor . It’s engaging! The demonstration gives me hope that I can do it too! Keep keeping on my brother!
I make the ‘tuna’ salad all the time, except I never thought of adding hearts of palm, old bay seasoning, and nori. That sounds delicious. Also, it would be good with a hearty pasta like penne.
Yes, this format is amazing and you pull it off flawlessly. Even my 10 & 11 year old daughters like to watch and even help me make along with you! Your videos are helping me change the way my family eats for the better. I cannot thank you enough. My husband is even coming around. I think 🤔 lol
Super firm tofu has been a game changer for me as far as prep goes. It has a lot more protein per serving, too, so I feel like I’m getting more value for my money. I love doing a super firm tofu and bean mix with baby spinach and all sorts of taco seasoning. It cooks up fast and reheats nicely. Perfect for burritos. I found your channel recently and I’m really liking the ideas you’re giving me. Peace and plants.
I love the ideas. Even though I don’t eat soy, it’s nice to have options where I can just substitute the tofu for something else but still use the other ingredients you suggested. As always, never a dull moment with you. Ha! You crack me up.
Extra love for the music in this one! What great ideas for lunch! I’m super stoked to try the lentils. As well, I’ve made a lot of “tuna” salad recipes, but none have combined the chickpeas and hearts of palm. As well, the seasoning blend seems really great. Thanks for giving me some ideas to get through the lunch doldrums!!
this channel is ThE BEST! Love the format, love how you cook and then give such an amazing description ... you should be having 271 million, not thousand followers...
Never had hearts of palm before Not a vegan but will be trying these recipes in the coming weeks thank u love the video very easy to follow and replicate 🙌🏽
You NEVER address Onion Crying....Or does your beard protect you from that.... Thank you..Your videos are totally AMAZING we have been trying your recipes since we discovered you.....
Henderson's Relish is vegan and very similar to Worcestershire Sauce and may be easier to source in the US. Loving the recipes, I've been a vegetarian for the last 41 years, but in the last year or so I've noticed my diet becoming more vegan based. Thanks for the culinary inspiration.
I’m so hungry 🤤 Looks incredible as usual 👍🏼 I know that I already mentioned this but, grind your chia seeds first. They are an amazing binder and your body absorbs the nutrients when they’re ground. 💚🌱👍🏼
I Definitely think the Vegan tuna salad is my favorite. I've made something similar but didn't add some of these ingredients that look really good with it. The chia seeds definitely amp up the protein love it.
the recipe I have to fake tuna is firm tofu, soy sauce, tahini sauce, and then add what you like, like onions, celery, etc. I've never added mayo to it so not sure how that would taste. But now I am excited to try your recipe. Thanks so much for your videos and sharing your delicious recipes!!!!💚💚
A vegan curry chickpea stew is a beautiful, healthy, fast dish that can be thrown together surprisingly quickly. Chose any veggies you like. I like to have chickpeas, eggplant, mushrooms, peppers, tomatoes, onion, garlic, CURRY of course:) Everything sauted together, over couscous or rice. Easy...PEASY:) Thankyou again for these great recipes!!!!!!!!
Andrew you have such an art with these videos! Its so awesome to watch and so zen❤️ thank you for this page and also the vegan high protein meals💪🏼 you both are the best!!!
Whewwww i am loving this channel!! This may be my new fav. Im about to make that cheeseburgers wrap with my own vegan cheese sauce and I am so surprised that I have all ingredients. Im winning!
Missed you guys on Thursday sorry if you were having a hard time 😔 I hope all is well Thursdays are always my favorite videos whereas the both of you are there together and I think the combination couple thing is what really sets it out ! ✌️ Peace
1:57 just to let people know… the sauce that many p.f. chang’s serve with their lettuce wraps is a mixture of potsticker sauce as the base and then chili paste and hot mustard. some locations use a mixture of soy sauce, vinegar, and chili oil as the base instead.
I have never had hears of palm or water chestnuts and after seeing these recipes I really want to try them - they seem to have such interesting textures! Also, I never liked tuna but this vegan version of it seems really tasty and flavourful. Will have to give it a go if I find the main ingredient :D
What made you get started with these videos? I noticed you've only been making them for 2months. Thanks so much for sharing bro I'm really invested in trying these. I love the chillness of the asmr cooking jaja
Yum!!! Thank you Andrew! Oh and it’s phonetically pronounced “werstershur” (I’m English and I’ve never been without it in my house 😆) the vegan version is pretty good. I know it’s sold at Sprouts store. Not cheap, but goes a long way. I love the variety of ingredients you are using. Makes food way more interesting! Have a great week! ♥️
THANK YOU!!! Ill do my best to remember that pronunciation. You're the second person to say it the same way so hopefully it sticks for me!🙏🏾 have an awesome week!
OMG! I prepared the vegan "better than" tuna salad and it makes me say - tuna what? Tuna why? Your recipe is delicious and packs with tons of nutrients. Excellent job! This will be an all time favorite. Peace and blessings. Yum!
Thank you for these easy recipes. I just finished making your sheet pan pancakes. They are so delicious. I will be definitely making these recipes soon
Loving your content! I starting to get an itch to watch all your uploads after having just found this channel. Excited to try some of your recipes ASAP. Thank you.
This was super informative and helpful, very creative yet super simple, I defs appreciate this, THANK YOU!! Quick tip with regards to Chia seeds, blending them up into a powder is better for your body to absorb. The same applies with Flaxseeds, otherwise they just pass through your body. Keep up the great work man
Hey Andrew......... it's pronounced "wusstersheer", but many pronounce it differently. Any way you want to say it is cool. Love your channel! Enjoy your weekend! 🙋 From SC
