That was an intense 15 minutes! My arms are complete jello!! Loved this little workout!! And all completely done with only my bodyweight😅. I was excited to get to do all the pushup variations and I've been missing planks so this workout was perfect. And perfect at making my shoulders burn A LOT! I love this woman. It AMAZES me how much you can do in 15 minutes with no weights at all. I just did this on my bedroom floor when I got home from the bar at 3am 😂 You don’t need a gym, you don’t even have to have experienced knowledge on lifting to do this. This content is free and can be easily found on RU-vid. Anyone who has any excuses is just LAZY

I just completed this after Beastmode day 2 and even with my arms and shoulders being fatigued from the previous workout, I could totally see a difference in my performance from the first time I did this video to today! Totally stoked about that!!!! I never thought I would be good at pushups, but last night at a Taekwondo class a black belt told me he loved my pushups! Thanks Caroline! I wouldn’t have pushed myself to get to where I am today if I hadn’t stumbled across your videos! Good luck everyone and good job!

I love her when I’m not doing her workouts and I hate her with every muscle in my body when I’m doing her workout! She’s a real inspiration for us women though! I love you and I can’t thank you enough! I only do your workouts because I know without doubt that they will be affective 💯
This is is an awesome 15 mins, don't be fooled by the slow pace as that only add to the intensity. The core is in play during the pushups and the fact that you transition keeping the core engaged makes the plank session extremely challenging. I love these mini sessions they are so useful and I can slot them into EPIC when needed. For 15 mins the upperbody gets a major pump 🤩 I followed this up with the recommended Arms and Shoulders session which is one off my favourites. You certainly feel the triceps after the upperbody session.
I agree Anthony! This was an awesome workout. Very intense 15 minutes. Going straight into the plank variations really got my shoulders on fire🔥!! And I could definitely feel my quad soreness as well!! Haha!! I was happy to get to do some pushups and planks again. I had been missing them after our kettlebell week. @@melinda5610 Hi Melinda, oh don't mention the quads and the calves they are tender from yesterday. That was a great session but the KBs last week really did improve my shoulder strength. Did you do the shoulders and arms after this one today, that was a great recommendation but the triceps felt it as they were feeling bit with the Push-ups and Planks.

Did the suggested Epic II class then this one. Loved these two today Caroline. Can't believe how far I have come with my old shoulder injuries! My weights range from 0.9kg to 7kg depending on the exercise!! Today was good as highlighted some weakness that me and my PT need to work on. Xx ❤️ 🏋️ 💪
I have been using this particular workout for months as a warm up and I did the best I’ve ever done today - my strength and endurance is getting so much better! I use to drop to my knees from wide push-ups to the end and I dropped to my knees after two pushups from the hallow hold and I successfully did two non-modified skull crushers! Well my legs WERE tired from yesterday but that has now been replaced with shoulders and core 🤪. Done! Excellent challenge as usual. Now I’m heading to do the shoulder workout.

This was a short and sweet workout that I enjoyed. I coupled it with the 45 minute shoulder workout Caroline recommended. Upper body is my least favorite to work out but I made it through it so I am very happy. Received my Covid shot yesterday so my arm is sore but the workout helper loosen up the arm. Legs are still a wee bit shaky after yesterday’s lunge marathon.Thank you Caroline for your great workouts
Did epic 2 day 19 early this morning and this 14 hours later, after work. Thought I'd be OK with such a long gap. How wrong was I?!? Shoulders were in bits and legs stiff too from the 1000 reps yesterday 🔥🔥 A good day's training along with the suggested core ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
A little add on...I only used to be able to do skull crushers as a one off exercise when rested and could never push up when in a workout. But now I can. Little victory dance 💃

i hate working out my triceps and tend to use lighter weights, but here, 20 mins i went heavier thinking i could handle for just 20 mins- i barely made it thru! such an amazing tri-set workout for triceps! thanks caroline!!! super hard, but a fun mix up!!!!

Devansh Kalra It was amazing how this one had my legs shaking so quickly. Caroline was right about how much can be achieved with body weight in a short time. The time under tension on this was EPIC ! 💥 My cycling is improving with the gradient of hills being less stress on my new leg muscles - this is just fantastic !
This was a lot more intense than I was expecting! I did a workout this morning, but wasn't able to take a walk today, so I did this before dinner and wow, it really burns. MY SHOULDERS are on fire!
