I started taking salsa classed at the age of 50 after not moving for years. A year in to classes, I realized I couldn't progress if I didn't lose weight, gain better balance, and have better cardiovascular fitness. I lost 25 pounds going vegan. I'm hoping you workouts help with the rest! I did the short one today since I have class tonight!
Hi Tiffany!!!!! I am one of your senior followers and let me tell you, I love this video! This reminds me of your older workouts with just cardio. Of course when you are 66, sometimes your body just doesn't work as well as it use to. More please!!!❤❤❤❤
Tiffany, I love your workouts. They keep me on track with my goal that I set for myself last year. I had a small setback, I am working to get back on track. I look forward to being g able to the full workout with arm/shoulder movement. For now, I am doing the lower body movement, but at a slower pace. Movement is baby steps. I will be back up to full speed soon. Keep the workout coming. I have been challenging family and friends with doing your workouts old and new. ❤

Another excellent workout. Was tired this morning decided just to do 15 min workout. That lead me into doing the Motown workout. Not complaining fully awake now.
Thank you. First time doing this exercise. I love the fact I can do like a double hard and fast workout with so many benefits. I feel like I ran a 5-mile race and won. There's definitely benefits in a shorter time. I felt I increased my fitness level. I've been following for the last 2 months, and my fitness has improved.
