I used to do your videos and I love them, However when asked the question how did you lose all that weight (seeking help) you did not respond.

Hey! I’m sorry I didn’t see your comment. I apologize. I recorded a video I just need to post it but I went to a nutritionist first who ran blood work for me and she recommended a Mediterranean style diet for me. I wasn’t strict but I was if that makes sense. I was focused rather on eating more Whole Foods and if I wanted something I never said no. I just added something healthier with it. I did walk a lot for 2 reasons it was easy for me and sustainable and it was a stress reliever bc my adrenal glands were out of wack from stress. The video will be more detailed so look for that soon. What are your goals

I believe that stress and my age soon to be 51) is a factor also. I stress eating. I workout 5 days per week. I do not see a change. @@Moore2Health

​@Moore2Health my doctor suggested that as well. I need to jump on it because I've gained 20 of the 25 I lost being inconsistent. That's in addition to becoming a newlywed. I'm back on my grind and helping people in my tribe with your help.

There's no reliable way to lose weight than alternate day fasting. Even with very minimal exercise twice a week you still lose big deal. You can start with intermittent fasting then develop to alternate day fasting. Thank me later😂

Great question. I always recommend wearing shoes for foot support. In this case, my shoes have grips on them so I wore them. Most of my videos I have on shoes except for Barre
