Recently found your videos. I’m 6 months pregnant and was told to do 15 minutes of walking workout videos to help with my gestational diabetes. These are fun, and don’t cause me to much strain on the body. My 5 year old does them with me and I love hearing her repeat your motivational words back to me 💜💪🏽Thank you so much!

I just found your channel on Tuesday and I am so happy that I did! I love how low impact your workouts are but they get your heart rate up. I have done one of your workouts every day since Tue. Thank you for putting these workouts together! Do you think you can do some videos with some Latin flair like Gloria Esteban and Ricky Martin? Can't wait to do more of your workouts! Really like that you have short 15 min and longer 30 min workouts. Keep up the great work!
