Ingredients
1. Water = 2 cup
2. Sugar = 1 cup
3. Chilli flakes = 2 tbsp
4. Paprika powder = 1 tsp
5. Salt = 1/2 tsp
6. Chopped ginger = 2 tsp
7. Chopped garlic = 2 tsp
8. White vinegar = 2 tsp
9. Tomato ketchup = 3 tbsp
10. Corn flour = 2 tbsp + water = 3tbsp
Instructions
- in a pot add all ingredients except corn flour and water
- Cook for 10 minutes
- Then add corn flour and water and mix and add in the bowl
- Then cook for 2-3 minutes
- Let it cool down and keep it in a air tight jar
- You can store in refrigerator for 1 months
Enjoy it with Samosa , Rolls ,Fries
