Your triceps one was awesome, I tried and got insane pump especially in the inner triceps... soreness was bit more in the beginning but I am loving these workouts.

Even with light or moderate weights gaurav bhai pumped his biceps to the maximum level,this is called experience and proper mind to muscle connection which comes after years of regular training.
Add exercises in which ur muscle mind connection is the best, add drop sets Train untill failure and beyond failure and be consistent with nutrition and training That’s all u need to grow any body part

I am performing these exercises Ex1 : Normal grip barbell curl 6 to 10 reps starting with 10 kg pair in normal barbell , then 12.5 kg and then 15kg Ex2: Wide grip barbell curl 6 to 10 reps starting with 7.5kg pair in normal barbell , then 10kg and then 12.5 kg Ex3: Hammer dumbell curl with 10kg dumbell then 12.5kg dumbell.

Hi sir, I have ordered "Myprotein Impact Whey starter pack", as I'm beginner for protein intake. As per labdoor certification, it is said the product contain lead in it. And as per my research I have find out that "California Health and Safety" has sent an legal notice to the company as some products have exceeded the lead limit. So as a Professional, what your take on lead exceed limit & as a beginner should I really consume Myprotein. Really confused about the protein supplement industry. Hope you give your feedback on this.

Sir,If u do one muscle twice a week...is it necessary to do different exercise for each day like if I train chest on Monday and Thursday then I should do different exercise each day or same exercise twice a week
Grow big in Compound movements if somebody's not helping you with the periodization of your workout, also you can play around isolation work if you are performing each muscle twice. Keeping big movements constant throughout the week will yield a term called "specificity" which will ensure that you become better with your execution and will also progressively overload

@@Banusn we all become sweaty in the gym and sweats get in the machine we are working with. That's become a hygienic hazard for other gym members. That's why it's good to use a Towel so that the machine sits do not get wet.
Should we start with heavy weight? For example 9:17 pe preacher curl pe. Start hi heavy weight se karna chahiye kya. Jaise 12, 10, 7.5Kg or first we should do 7.5, 10 then 12.5 ?
