Today’s session is a slow workout and full body stretch to strengthening our body, feel loose and feel good.
It will be a total of 15 minutes, performing 45 seconds of each exercise and then we have 15 seconds to rest and prepare the next movement.
This workout is suitable to all fitness levels and the only equipment we need is a yoga mat or a soft surface.
