Yes I did. Yamaha USA uses a US company for that tool. I didn't know what it would take to make my own, until I got the driven pulley off the scoot, and could have a "look see" and measure the diameter of the spring cover. Then it was trying to decide on spending $5 or $10. I went with $5. ;)

No, it's a PVC plastic pipe reducer plug. I believe the larger end is for 2 1/2" pipe.

Your hand made spring compressor i think is genius, did you go cross eyed when you found the price of a shop tool lol :-) smashing tutorial :-)

the "big" plywood disk is about 200mm, and the smaller one is around 75mm. Both are 12mm thick.

I like the tool that you have for holding the clutch assembly to get the nut loose. Did you make that tool too? Awesome videos.

Ok! thanks can you tell how many cm or " measures the small wood disc? I am trying to make a compressor like yours before dismantling the led pulley

where did you get that white t max club tool? Nice videos they help a lot..

When you cant afford it, you have to be creative :-) and at $5 or £3 for me, i think i would go for your method :-)
