Hello!! Chief.. i need your advise on the secondary sheave marking.. i had the same washed hard and the pink marking just disappeared.. now how do i match up..
I don't know why they have us put those marks on the shaft and pulley before removal. Looking as the SM, there are no warnings about putting the parts back together in any particular order. Only when putting the completed pulley back on the output shaft. Balancing at the factory maybe the reason. Probably scratching with a carbide tipped tool before taking off is the best answer for next time. Sorry I can't come up with an answer for you.
