18 min lower body workout for anyone looking for a great lower body dumbbell workout. Get ready for 18 minutes of pure lower body tabata workout BURN that will leave you feeling it the next day in the BEST way.
In this lower body dumbbell workout I am using 30 lb dumbbells, but do what works for you or work with what you have. There are plenty of dumbbell alternatives around the house.
Take this lower body workout at your own pace. Focus on good form.
The format of this lower body workout: 3 rounds. 4 exercises each round. 3 sets each. 20 seconds work. 10 seconds rest. 20/10 tabata format.
Round 1 - Repeat 3X (6 mins)
Front to Back Lunge (R)
Lunge Pulse (R)
Front to Back Lunge (L)
Lunge Pulse (L)
Round 2 - Repeat 3X (6 mins)
Stiff Leg Deadlift
Hamstring - Sit to Kneel
Hamstring March
Glute Bridge
Round 3 - Repeat 3X (6 mins)
Goblet Squat
Goblet Squat Pulse
Sumo Squat

@@TIFFxDAN I used my adjustable 25lb but each month I'm going up by 5 lbs no matter the exercise just a little challenge I'm doing for myself! So you can only imagine when it comes to do like Laterals I struggle since the weight gets heavier hahaha 😊
