🏋️♂️ Equipment: 2-3 sets of dumbbells for the drop sets. For reference I'm using 30, 20, and 10 lb dumbbells). You'll also want a workout mat.

I started following you a few months before my wedding in Sep 22 and never looked back since. I've done hundreds of your videos since then, dropped weight and gained muscle. Your workouts are brilliant, especially for a dad of 3 very young kids with very little spare time. Never doubt yourself and what you are doing, you are making a huge difference to people even if you don't know it! 👍

Dan, im 32, new dad. Before he was born I committed to being a better me. Dropped 20lbs from 196-176. A lot of running which I hate… lifting too but still looking soft. Your workouts have afforded me to stay on top of my fitness, and take it to another level, in less time. Which is huge for me and all the dads out there. I feel like I’m strong as I have been and finally seeing some results on the stubborn fat in stomach / low back. I no longer dread going down to my basement… and have much more energy to give to my son. You’re making incredible impacts on so many lives. Thank you.

I've been doing different work outs from RU-vid for months and found this to be the best! I can feel every muscle group we are working, not complicated or repetitive, I was a very out of shape 55 year old and I'm exercising 5 days a week now. You are definitely easiest on the eyes too!

Ok, this is the weirdest one of all the exercises. When I do the partial sets, I feel like I'm doing it half-assed lol. And in some sets, like the legs one, it feels really weird. Maybe "pulse" would be a better alternative than "partial"?

Ask for help to make a video of Bodyweight exercise and Dumbbell exercise for forearms, biceps, triceps, shoulders, traps, neck, back, lats, chest, abs, lower back, obliques, upper abs, lower abs, glutes, hips/kegels/pelvic, waist, hamstrings, quadriceps, thighs and calves... and also ask for help making a video of exercises for finger, sole feet, palm and exercise for symmetrically slant the body such as shoulders, face and other body parts.
