Though it was the pgmi relay under dash left of clutch pedal but it had no power on the yellow /white wire and one of the black yellow wires had no power . Also no power key on engine off of-course, no power at eco fuse under hood fuse panel and that supplies power tot the ecu. Engine light when key cycled on the check engine light would not go out like it should so pcm had no power to it corrosion in the fuse box is the cause fuse 41 80amp. Fuse 31 15amp fuse ecu in the under hood fuse box power loss in the fuse box common on 300000 mile civics . When it decides not to run jump the ecu 15 amp fuse to battery and see if car cranks then you have verified the problem loss power in the fuse box .
