1st 2019 BMW R1250GSA in Ice Grey Delivery by Nate Jennings @ Frontline Frontline Eurosports BMW, Ducati, Triumph, & Zero 1003 Electric Rd. Salem, VA 24153 (540) 387-9780
I'm commenting because of and in response to the negative comments. Nate's professionalism is a dying art and he's definitely going above and beyond - far more than the claim that he's "just doing his job" (which is another example of an undeserving attack on his character). His attention to detail, commitment to the customer, and non-patronizing instruction/overview should be lauded, not criticized. Even if the customer knows 90% of what Nate is telling him, that 10% will be worth it and appreciated. I'll just chalk up the negative comments to those toxic trolls of RU-vid who always want to bring people down rather than being edifying/encouraging. Keep up it up, Nate. Stay true to your through, professional demeanor and honorable commitment to the customer. I'm in VA.. just down the road actually,.. and will be in the market for a 1250 GSA soon :)
Thank you for the true support and kind words. I haven’t been on here much lately while we find our way through these times and I find my new direction in life so I can continue to find a way to educate and entertain within the community. Was my goal with starting MotoPlaN8 Handlebars. I need a riding partner so give me a shout and I’ll bust out my 310GS and you can take your new ride!!! Cheers, ~Nate
Nathan this an excellent example of a sales professional. I thought only you gave such great receiving your bike talks until I got my GS. Impressive very impressive yes!
Thank you so much Brian, it's nice to see others appreciate your work and what you try to do for the two wheeled community. See what I'm doing with a new charity I've started called Moto.Men (MotoDotMen.com) Cheers, ~Nate
Just picked up my Ice Grey model here in England. Great hand over video. Your enthusiasm is infectious. I actually learnt stuff I didn't know was different from the old 1200 model, like the 90 degree values! Nice work I love the attention to detail.
I really appreciate the comment, warms my soul. Hope to run into you on the trail sometime. Currently looking for BDR and TAT partners for 2024 adventures if you are interested. Love to ride with ya Cheers, ~Nate
Thank you so much Toltod! Now it’s time to get out and ride these GS machines. I’ve been traveling on the 310GS in other videos on my channel. Seeing how much I can put the little guy through on cross country trips and even the TAT. Thanks for watching and commenting. Cheers, ~Nate
Thank you so much for this indepth and instructional video on this amazing motorcycle. Your attention to details no doubt put "others" to shame. Finally, you covered some topics new to me - very thankful!
Kevin: Ain't that the truth!! Thank you for watching and taking the time to express your love of the new R1250GSA from BMW Motorrad. More fun to come so subscribe and continue to watch. Cheers, ~Nate
Brent: Thank you for your loyalty to Frontline and letting me share your delivery with the rest of the world. You can see from the comments below how awesome your customer service experience was in comparison to other shops. Appreciate you and your business, see you on the next adventure ride good sir!! Cheers, ~Nate
Thank you Nathan for this excellent and detailed briefing. I have had my R1250GS now for 2 months and have still learned a litte bit more. Many greetings from Germany Guenter
Action Movies I'm working towards that Golden RU-vid!! Love the compliments and hope I continue to do good things for you and all viewers! Cheers, ~Nate
Glad I could help soothe your motorcycle soul and do an educational and relaxing video for you. Would love a subscribe, like and share to help me meet our goals for 2019!! Cheers, ~Nate
@@brentjones2323 Glad to hear you are enjoying this beast so much already and we enjoy having you as a happy customer here at Frontline. See you again soon sir. Cheers, ~Nate
That's Nathan. I saw four in person last week. The grey, the exclusive and two HP's. I think my friend Jerry must have bought the first HP on the east coast. His is nearly run in!
@@NateJennings Arey those good as the Brembo? I need your honest opinion.. I am in the process of getting the GSA, going for the 2018 one as 2019 is not yet launched in India. In addition to that I would get some discount on the 2018 model which is kind of a plus point. Is 2018 a good thing or shall I wait for the 2019?
@@Dude_Virus I have ridden the new brakes and they are strong and of great quality so I wouldn't make the decision on that alone. The deals on the 2018 are hot but there some new design features that I like on the '19 like the radiator shrouds and new engine bars, but the top end is amazing over the '18. Thanks for watching and commenting and hope this helps. Cheers, ~Nate
Congrats! When did you take deivery? I took delivery of my Olive R1250GSA on Friday November 30 from District BMW in MD and just performed my 600 mile service. Great bike and enjoy!
Freedom of the Spirit ha ha I'm just a poor man trying to play in a rich man's world. Self funded and volunteering my time. Battery just started going bad I found out after delivering bike and uploading footage. Thanks for watching and commenting. Cheers, ~Nate
Atiku Godwin you would have to find a local dealer or someone with a used model that can export to your country! Just Google search it and make contact with BMW Motorrad. Cheers, ~Nate
Hello Nate, I’m in love with the Triumph XCA and I’m also in love with this 1250 GSA. I can’t make up my mind. I need your help! :). I saw your videos on both the XCA and now this one. GREAT job explaining everything. But now I can’t decide hahaha!!
WildRider: I have a little biased opinion as I will be purchasing my own '19 Triumph Tiger 1200 XCa in Matte Marine in the next couple of weeks, upon my special order arrival, and will be taking that beast on a 16,000 mile tour to break it in in May-June '19 for my MOTO.MEN Project'19 The Trip to the Arctic Circle documentary. I prefer the electronics on the Tiger 1200, simple things from factory heated saddle, electric windscreen, quick shift up and down at any rpm range instead down shift only with closed throttle. I enjoy how the TSAS suspension talks to you more athletically than the telelever front end on the GSA. I truly appreciate the three cylinder power plant with it super smooth transmission shifts over the boxers clunkier shifting and not as long rpm revs, making the Tiger growl longer and harder than the boxer. The new 1250 was way more impressive on the top end but I still am literally putting my money down on the Tiger 1200XCa!! Thank you for seeking my guidance on this matter and hope this helped guide you to the right machine. I do specials for my customers/youtube subscibers who fly in to take ownership from me and add to the online delivery videos. Cheers, ~Nate
Jool that's a gotta have both situation. Ok love the hyp but the GS/GSA has the comfort. You going for the long haul it the commuter ripping? Cheers, ~Nate
William Jeter yes, they are a partially integral braking system that applies an appropriate value to the rear for the conditions when the front is applied. Thank you for watching and commenting. Cheers, ~Nate
Amol: Good question. The moto has auto reminders for service and the bike had an old date in it from the factory which was just a factory presetting we change after getting the bike hot and getting the video done for the customer. Then we take the time to set the date and time to his preferred formats and make sure all is set up right just for that customer!! Cheers, ~Nate
That’s the redline until it is warmed up, and it is a soft limit - you can exceed it with a twist of the wrist. Within a few minutes the motor is warmed up and redline increases.
For a delivery I expect someone explain me how the dash works and what other buttons work for. this is not a delivery but a commercial advertising...the firs 11 minutes were useless in my opinion. But the bike is nice
I'm glad you like the bike and atleast you enjoyed the last part on the instrumentation. Mr. Jones, as well as, many of my other customers like to get a deep detail description of the everything they can on their new $27K toy, so I give them the best I can, especially considering all the other owners out there that get nothing but a straight hand over can find this useful and learn something new also. Thanks for watching and commenting. Cheers, ~Nate
trust me there is a lot of novice's out with buying new bikes that can really mess it up or do damage to the bike, might be boring to those who already know this stuff but sales guy is most likely doing his job as hes on camera
I bought a new Porsche Cayman once (In the UK) and the salesman spent a good 30 mns showing me all the controls until I said I am fine now thanks.. Couldn't wait to drive it!!
805gregg: Agree, I'd rather be on a Husky dirt bike if I'm off-road but for adventure riding off road, it's amazing. I use them on my guided off-road tours on more manicured fire roads and some slippery exploration roads and have fun all day, nice low center of gravity and awesome to get to the trail head comfortably. Thank you for watching and commenting. Cheers, ~Nate
You've gotta see the tank in person that adds the depth and check out this beast if you want some flash and color: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-niBVL2G00_I.html Cheers, ~Nate
HAHAHA I don't know about that, those cockpits are crazy and carrying 100's of passengers. I'd just set up the GSA the way I want for most of my riding and then I'll only have to make a few changes when necessary for comfort, safety, or performance!! It's a lot easier than it looks in the video. Plus you can just get on it and twist the wrist and ride all day without all the electrical aids interfering with enjoyment!! Thanks for watching and commenting. Cheers, ~Nate
There are quite a few close ups in the video if you watch the entire thing, starts around :54 seconds. It's also hard to zoom in while doing the presentation...one mans how here. Cheers, ~Nate
