When you remove fibres from Barley flour and make chapati to eat it will bound to give error ie it will behave like almost rice flour. Use whole Barley flour.

Make your roti atta with coconut powder, almond powder, alsi, pumpkin seeds and bajra. You will find less spike in blood sugar after eating only one roti made from this atta. Eat more of non starchy vegetables along with one such roti.

Dear lady,it is not only about blood sugar spike.barley has some unique benefits which even oats or bajra do not have.barley is very cost friendly too.all the ingredients u have listed are not cheap and a hassle to assemble every time u make a roti as u suggested.barley is very very healthy and very tasty too.try replacing white rice with barley.white rice can be totally replaced with barley.i have been doing it for 3 years.it is just amazing.it feels so good so filling and sooo tasteful.super healthy.try for urself.👍😍❤️

Meri sugar 15 days phla after meel 361 thi...mena do time yoga keya morning walk ki, breakfast me steel cut ots leya kabi vegetables or wheat+basen mix roti le Kai bar akuret salad leya, lunch me dal, vegetable three wohi roti curd le ..4 Baja roasted chana leya night ko wo dal roti veg curd...soti bar one glass milk..leya , ha subha Khali pet methi or dal chini ka Pani garam kr k roj leya...aaj hi test kraya . fasting sugar 95 after meel 152 aai..ha do bar chicken b leya or Sunday ko ak choti kotari rice b lya...👍👍

I think you should make another video in which you add the same jau atta but also add 2 tablespoons of wheat bran. Then the roti will be digested more slowly and your blood sugar rise will be much less, may be half of what you saw in this video. You can get wheat bran from online easily.

After two hrs of eating blood sugar rises to maximum. Sometimes also goes very very high depending upon the glycemic load and glycemic index. Do u know there is a trick by which u can bring this sugar level to normal in 15/20 mins. Here it is. Measure ur sugar level. Then Just walk in stair case for 5 to 10 mins. Both up and down. After 15 mins u again test ur sugar and see the magic. U will get ur sugar to be in normal level.Just try one time and see.

आपने विभिन्न कहना6 खाने के बाद , तो कई उपयोगी vedio बनाया है। इसके लिये धन्यवाद। लेकिन चलना भी एक दवाई/ गोली से कम नही है। बल्कि सबसे बड़ी दवाई है। ऐसा डॉ कहते है। क्या कभी 10000 कदम चलकर, कितना शुगर कम होता है। इसका vedio बना सकते है।

मनोज भाई आपके शुगर 182 बढ़ी हुई आई है विडियो बनाओ तब 100ग्राम ही खाओ ठीक है स्वास्थ्य का ध्यान रखे।आलू अनाज दालें फल में ज्यादा सुगर ही होती है। मिलेट् खाने शुगर कम नही होती है। पांच घंटे के अंतर बाद खाना चाहिए।इंसुलिन नॉर्मल स्टेज पर आता है
