Simple 😮, you performed so many happiness to my knees, lower back, stretches, glutes, neck, an injuries i sustained work injuries 6yrs ago, doctors, opioid, codeine, specialists/ physical therapies, the only temporary reliable relief Bit, was discussed is I requested & found helpful was acupuncture from head to knees. ❤❤❤❤❤, BEGIN LIVING ALITTLE,AGAIN.

Are these alright to do if you have DDD in your lower back? I do not have any core muscle strength at all.

I'm a personal trainer. Talk to your doctor who should refer you to a physical therapist who can advise you on core exercises appropriate for your condition.
