Great way to start the day! I would just add that especially with the 1st exercise, don’t lock your knees. Let them “give” a little. That way you protect them.

Pain all over, once I start exercise I hurt myself, stop then start again the same thing happens... Thank you for your videos I started with 2 of them today and I am feeling good! I like to do these stretches before I play golf. I add maybe 5-6 other stretches to these two. It helps loosen me up. It’s great to do before hitting balls at the golf range.
@Anna_Key I exaggerate. Mine is a very quick shuffle/limp but it's my form of running. If I ever actually run, follow as well because it means something life threatening is coming 😅
02.05.2024 Why should you listen to him? B/c he's trying to teach people how to feel better & strengthen their body. Having tats all over his body doesn't negate his ability to teach people how to live a healthier lifestyle. My nearest & dearest have tats all over their bodies, but they love each other, love their children & dogs & me. They're hard working, pay their taxes, give to charity ... wait I don't really know about the last one. 🤣
