Thank you for explaining how to do different stretches & exercises so thoroughly in your videos! I've improved my form because of simple details you've added like specific things to avoid or which way your hands should be facing & the "why" behind them. I also appreciate the progressive difficulty so you can start where you are.

Most people including myself have sore / aching muscles due to a lack of magnesium! I “ cured” my muscle cramps/fatigue with it. Practically overnight! Oh and magnesium citrate is the one I use for maximum absorption…… Excersise helps too…..

Maintaining your strength and flexibility is vital for your mobility as we continue to mature. When I have a flare up and must still function I discovered that placing an ice pack between an undershirt and the waistband of my pants (in the lumbar region) enables me to still work and when I have time do these wonderful exercises, do them with less discomfort.

3:07 legs on chair with pad on chair so the knee joint is at 90 degrees, wiggle to elongate the spine to the head side, curl the feet to the chair back. Palms up. Lie on floor in this position for 30 min a day, relax. In 3 or 4 days, SI pain will be gone down a bit and then do the 2nd movement.
