Thanks - getting the heels in for face-up has been tricky! I'll definitely keep "both feet at once" in mind. Any tips on how to keep straps from sawing in face-up when you're doing something that alternates legs? I tend to rock the straps back and forth more than in videos I've seen when doing that.
Oh for sure. What you do is just apply pressure straight down towards the ground through the back of the heel. So push into the ground. If you're doing that while doing like a single leg hamstring curl it'll stop the sawing.
Ok is there a way to measure the foot cradle for face up? I get in the straps fine, but my foot rolls on the handle causing my feet to fall out of the strap. Should my toes be on the handle? Or the balls of my feet or my arches? I struggle to keep in them.
