looks nice! how many kg kettlebell would you recoment for someone from 80kg? and what do you think about barbell twists for rotational power?

start light and work your way up - impossible to say because it depends on your strength and how quickly you get the technique... but if I had to, start with 16kg

Just use bands or something. It would be safer than using a KB improperly.

As many reps (in GREAT form) of 10-15 seconds per side non-stop, then rest a minute or 2, then do 4-8 sets total.

No because then you'll likely try and push it too much with your arm.
