2 Scatpack 392 Chargers take Police on High Speed Pursuit

On 04/24/2024 at 2300 hours I was patrolling the area of W 47th and Pike Avenue and observed two black Dodge Chargers doing burnouts and traveling north on Pike. I attempted to keep a tactical approach on the vehicles and observed them turn west onto W 52nd Street. Both Chargers then turned north onto Nelson Street and pulled into the driveway of 5207 Nelson. I advised dispatch of the Arkansas license plate BRGHE on the Dodge Charger and activated my emergency blue lights to conduct a traffic stop on the two vehicles.
As I exited my vehicle dispatched advised the vehicle returned stolen. I unholstered my weapon and advised the driver to show me his hands. Both Chargers began to flee from me and I got back in my unit to pursue the stolen vehicle. I notified dispatch the vehicles were fleeing. The first Dodge Charger went east towards Pike and the Stolen Charger turned west onto Nelbrook. We reached speeds of approximately 66 MPH on Nelbrook and turned west onto W 52nd Street. V1 reached speeds of approximately 65 MPH on W 52nd Street and turned south onto Division. V1 reached speeds of approximately 90 MPH on Division and turned west onto Parkway. In the S curve on Parkway I was able to observe no oncoming traffic coming and used the opposite lane to maintain the road way. V1 reached speeds of approximately 105 MPH on Parkway and turned west onto MacArthur drive. I lost sight of the vehicle for a few seconds due to curves on MacArthur but was able to maintain visual on the vehicle.
V1 reached speeds of approximately 130 MPH on MacArthur and I terminated the pursuit in the area of MacArthur and Oak Grove due to not being able to catch up to the vehicle. Prior to the pursuit I only observed the driver to be a black male with a small afro. I was not able to get the license plate of the second Charger that also fled at the beginning of the pursuit but observed it to have regular Arkansas license plate and to be a new model black Dodge Charger. While pursing the stolen Charger I was able to safely clear all intersections before proceeding through the intersections. Unit 1909 MVR was on and recording
