**On 12/21/2022, at approximately 13:50 hours Officer Moyster and I attempted to block in a dark grey stolen Mini Cooper Countryman displaying Tennessee license plate SN3522 in the parking lot of6013 Hwy 70, the Bel Air motel. I observed the driver to be a white female later identified as Mariah Davis and a black male passenger later identified as Shundarious Johnson. I observed the vehicle flee past Officer Moysters vehicle out to Hwy 70 and it turned west bound. Officer Moyster advised his vehicle had been struck by the stolen vehicle. A pursuit ensued. I became primary in the pursuit as we traveled west on Hwy 70 that turns into Broadway. I pursued the vehicle at speeds in excess of 100 mph on Broadway as I observed the vehicle disregard the stop light at Broadway and Lynch. There was light traffic and I was able to safely navigate through the traffic that did not yield to my blue lights and siren. I pursued the vehicle west on Broadway where it took Washington. I was able to safely pass vehicles yielding to my lights and siren as I passed through the Broadway intersection. I pursued the vehicle west on Washington where there was no vehicle or pedestrian traffic. My max approximate speed on Washington was approximately 105 mph as I closed the distance between our vehicles. I observed the vehicle disregard the stop sign at Washington and Riverfront continuing west bound. I was about to safely pass through the intersection as I observed the vehicle turn south in a parking lot near Pine. I observed the vehicle turn west on Riverfront as the pursuit continued. I pursued the vehicle west on Riverfront at speeds in excess of 100 mph with light traffic. I observed the vehicle enter the roundabout and go north on Pike where there was light traffic. The pursuit continued north on Pike as I observed it disregard several stop lights and briefly traveled into the oncoming lane of traffic. I was able to safely navigate through the light traffic and cleared each intersection as the pursuit continued. Sgt Tollett briefly took over as primary near 18th and Pike as I had fallen back because I was clearing intersections. Then Officer Blevins took over primary in the pursuit near 22nd and Pike. I maintained my position as third in the pursuit as the pursuit continued north on MacArthur and then east on Doyle Venable and then north on Camp Robinson. The pursuit then took Remount from Camp Robinson and then east on Maryland. The pursuit continued on Maryland at speeds in excess of 100 mph where traffic was yielding. We arrived at the intersection of Maryland and Hwy 107 where there was heavy traffic, but we were able to safely navigate through the intersection as the pursuit continued on Maryland. I observed the Mini Cooper turn south onto Wesley drive. I knew that Wesley drive was a loop and it would come back to Maryland. I turned onto the adjoining Wesley drive and was able to deploy a single stop stick that struck the front passenger side tire of the Mini Cooper. I observed the Mini Cooper wrecked out in a culvert near Wesley drive and Maryland a short time later. I observed officers taking the passenger Johnson into custody. I observed an unknown female pointing towards the adjoining underground pipe saying .Davis had fled inside of it. I gave a K9 warning announcement into the pipe with no response. I deployed K9 Vaughan and I heard Davis scream "NO" as she saw my K9. Davis was a long distance down the pipe and I could not see her hands as she was hiding in a connecting pipe. Davis then advised she would come out so I recalled K9 Vaughan. Davis came out of the pipe and was taken into custody without incident. Meth and drug paraphernalia was discovered on scene. (see supplements) Davis was transported to the hospital and then to southside. The total approximate value of the Mini Cooper is $20,000. The total approximate value of the damage done to the Mini Cooper is $10,000. Johnson was transported to the hospital and given a criminal citation. The Mini Cooper was towed by Phillips Brothers.**
